One does not need to be on a keto diet to enjoy these recipes. So delicious and beautifully made presentation!
I'm really glad to hear you enjoy the recipes! I personally wouldn't recommend eating a lot of these recipes if you aren't on keto, though. A lot of these recipes are going to be high in fat, and if you are eating a high-carb diet otherwise, it won't be healthy overall. High fat and high carb really don't belong together for health unfortunately.
I’m Australian what’s a broiler 🤷♀️
These are the best Keto recipes I’ve seen in a long time!!

It’s basically Zuppa toscana

Stuart is my hubby.
Just finishing 14 day water fast, will be starting Keto when finished, I love to cook & love all the keto foods, all these recipes are awesome, especially the stromboli, I can already think of a variety of different fillings, thank you so much for sharing these, I'm so excited to start eating Keto!!
Ouaw 14 days of water fast without any medical supervision ? Do you take any supplement, do you feel great ? Like working, taking care of the kids, not craving food ? ..
@@ghitaelcohen6274 I'm out of work till beginning of September, I only use pink himalayan salt, and continue working out at gym, today is my 7th day & I'm doing this for weight loss & beginnings of early stage arthritis. On the 5th day had no pain or stiffness in my knees & fingers, 1st time in 4 months! I'm also down 15 lbs., of course mostly water weight. I'm going to start fasting 7 days every 2 weeks & as am feeling healthier, will start introducing in healthy complex carbs.
Feel really good, no pain, good energy & no hunger pains after the 4th day.
@@ghitaelcohen6274 I wouldn't recommend such long fasts either without proper supervision. They can be quite dangerous and there are no studies that show their benefit. I'd recommend intermittent fasting and occasional (once or twice a month) 24-hour fasts. There's really no need to do more than that and can lead to more health risks than benefits.
@@dalelessard9160 I am speechless 😳 For me is impossible! Max that I can do is OMAD … and even this is hard! 🙈
To increase the temp and caramelise (brown) more effectively add extra virgin olive oil to butter to seal in the juices and prevent butter burning. The flavours will be greatly enhanced. Some nice recipe ideas here.
It's expensive and difficult to get prosciutto from where I comes from. Any recommendations on what other meats I can replace with?
@@cherochow prosciutto is just a very expensive aged ham, so find a ham brand that isn't full of preservatives, I use Boar's head brand.
I did the chicken pram with cabbage for some friends that came over to eat and they loved it! My husband loved it too and he wanted the same meal the following day x] I asked him to wait so we don't get sick of the dish, coz it really was good :D thank you for sharing~
That's always a huge compliment to hear - really happy you guys enjoyed it. I hope you get a chance to try some of the other recipes, too!
I made the pizza this week and enjoyed it. I invited a friend to share it with. and we each ate 1/2 of the pizza. Should have had a large salad with it as eating that much was not a good idea as my macros suffered. It was very good though. Next time will have to limit the amount.
Glad to hear it! I agree - the pizza is pretty calorie dense so you have to be careful with the amount you eat. Pairing it with a good salad would be perfect 😄
Every single recipe looks amazing!!! The only thing is the kale. I hate kale so I would substitute with spinach or silverbeet from my garden! Thanks, ❤😋😋😋
That's no problem at all - I hope you enjoy the recipes you do try out!
Yummy
Super
Had to modify since onions, garlic and both powdered have lots of carbs. Googled carbs in each, was shocked, especially the carbs in onion and garlic powder, which I love.
As long as you stay under 25g net carbs per day, you will be in ketosis. Restricting further than that won't really benefit you in any way. Usually with onions, garlic, and spices you are making the meal tasty and enjoyable for only a few carbs extra per serving. Feel free to check out the nutrition info for these recipes on the site (all linked in the description). Really no point in making a dish not taste as good to "save" 2-3g carbs from your meal.
What Fahrenheit do you bake your Stromboli? It just says " preheated oven". Please
375F - you can always go to the full recipe in the description of the video if you need any extra details or nutrition info.
Very nice thank you so much 🎉, do we need to add water to the dough you made ? I did not understand
Thanks! Which dough, specifically? There are a few different doughs made in the recipes.
@@RuledMehi for the prosciutto
@@RuledMehi for the prosciutto
@@CookingBash There is no water in the dough. We used a double-boiler to defer heat on the cheese in the pan, but you can just do it over low heat if you don't want to do a double boiler method.
@RuledMe thank you so much for your help !
Ok so I tried the chicken parmesan but used full fat milk instead of heavy cream cuz that's what i had and i read that it's a good subtitute for heavy cream if you add butter! It didnt work it became lumpy and turn into curds!
Heating milk too quickly can curdle it. I would have probably used a good chunk less milk too, since it's a lot runnier than heavy cream. It would have also added around 10g net carbs to the full dish, unfortunately. I hope it was still edible for you guys, though.
@@RuledMe oh yeah it was still yummy. I just told my husband and brother it's supposed to look like that. Besides nothing some extra cheese can't fix
@@hanoh2904 Glad to hear it!
@@hanoh2904 LOL!
👍😋😋
Doesn't say what temperature to heat oven to for Stromboli. I just guessed at 375 deg F.
It is 375F. If there's ever any details missed in the video, you can always go to the written version of the recipe linked in the description.
Is that really parmesan ? It looks more like emmental to me
👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍💚💚💚💚💚
I preferred to turn down the volume and watch it 1.5 speed.
Keto chicken Parm might be better with shirataki noodles
You're welcome to make them with shirataki noodles if you prefer. I'm not always a fan of their texture (depending on what brand is available) so always good to have alternatives.
@@RuledMe I only mentioned it because cabbage has a very strong flavor.😀
Hhow is pasta keto? lol Excellent recipes though
Where do you see real pasta being used though? 🤔
For real? That’s sooo much fat isn’t it?
Well that’s keto
