Sebastian, I have several from this house!! My very first was Ligno which was bought based on your review about it!! next came Insulo, Gozo, Oriento, Ambra and Vespero!! Such a underrated house that has some real bangers in my humble opinion!!

Insulo smells exactly like black opium on me. Very heavy licorice. Gozo on the other hand is really special, the first one that ive tried with a clear, non synthetic saffron note.
Great overview! I will definitely check out Ambra. Own brands of perfumeries seem to be in trend, like the newcomer brand Astrophil&Stella of the Italian perfumery SPRAY Parfums. By the way, also all extraits :)
I've smelled the whole collection of Jeroboam except Floro. My favorite is Ambra but even that one isn't great for me. I prefer the Jovoy branded collection.
Hey Seb, would you say the strong musky drydown in Vespero is very similar to what you describe in Origino (musk)? If that's the case I might pull the trigger on Origino
For your information, I contacted them to Ask whether a discovery set is available. They told me that they're about to release one with their 12 fragrances at the end of septembre, begining of october. Meanwhile, samples are available via the paris jovoy boutique (browse on their website) for 5€ each with the 'try me' option 🤗
To me Insulo definitely has pink pepper and Patchouli in it! It smells very similar to Kayali Sweet Diamond Pink Pepper! It took forever for me to figure out what I was smelling and what it reminded me of! And then it hit me.. sweet Diamond pink pepper for sure. There might also be saffron in it to make the color so red and staining. Anyways im willing to bet $100 its pink pepper saffron and Patchouli, cause theres NO WAY its just vanilla, jasmine and musk. Absolutely no way. Theres definitely hidden notes there

My sister has a floro bottle, i love it, is the only jeroboam i know.
