I came up to my old home just North of Cincinnati OH. To visit family & friends where I lived me entire life up until little over a year ago. It's been cold, -8 with -32 wind!!! It's funny down in southern SC where I moved everyone complaining about "it's so cold!" When it's is in the 40-50°. It definitely helps me keep things in perspective. I'm very great full to be able to kayak fish 12 months a year down there very comfortably!!! It's only as cold as you let yourself think it is. That bass are always biting. You just need put in work to find them

1 million percent agree on the misty rainy days in may. You are spot on. Some of the best fishing of the year. Thanks for all this great info, extremely thorough.

Told you tea w/honey, I prefer spice tea it's natural. And put some humidity in the house, helps clear the sinus and clear the scratchy throat. Try it! Right after scuba diving your throat drys out breathing compressed air. Humidity brings relief.

Love the longer videos Randy! I plan on making more musky/trout/crappie content until late march then back on the big bass. Have a merry Christmas!!

Only one of this we have many of here is crappie, but I enjoy your content too brother. I had to subscribe when I saw the won’t admit it crowd over on Milliken giving you a hard time about that 10lber comment. Lol Keep doing what you do friend. I’m wanting to get a small boat/ yak club going here. Your stuff is interesting. 👊🏻👊🏻

Happy New Year Randy & Family 🎉 I got a good laugh as I'm against live scope but I've used Polarized Sunglasses for years. It was like look at that look at that. Blind with out them. Anyways I hope ya sell alot of glasses I don't even use a depth sounder any more. I catch the biggest trout around here on Vancouver Island BC 8 10 pounds. Also a 5 lb.smallmouth Smallmouth is on my list as well.

Another great seminar Randy, thanks! How does the daylight hours (and the solstice) factor into weather and the seasonal patterns? Would barometric pressure changes alone be any factor in summer patterns? I probably dig the bass patterns/behavior stuff most. Get well soon man.

Weather does not affect trout unless it is raining hard. Light is the main thing. They are not nocturnal.

I like how everyone has switched from global warming to the more universal term of climate change so something can still be blamed instead of natural occurrences. We need to agree to disagree on this topic. Thanks for the great video. Really good info.

The overall temperature of the globe has increased which has resulted in some areas becoming colder and some areas becoming hotter. Climate change is a better way to describe what is happening because otherwise people will cherry pick areas that got colder and use it as an example to deny that "global warming" is happening
