For anyone TLDW: The guy sold a product as untested, but had a story about how it came from his brothers working PC he parted out. Techwando made the mistake of not testing it himself. The seller was acting quite shady it seems and mentioned he would give money back if it didn't work, even though the presented scenario would indicate a likely working GPU. When techwando told him the gpu didn't work he played it off as if they hadn't made a deal to have some* money returned if there was issues. Techwando acknowledged. He would take a partial loss, and instead of the buyer giving him some money back he blocked him. Id say Techwando made mistakes, but the guy definitely knew that card was bad and scammed him.

He is a classic, figured I'd sneak him in there to add to the scammers vibe.
Test what you're buying before payment, especially from FB marketplace, well, it's also your fault, get scammed once, never get scammed again from FB 🤣🤣
Never be in a rush to buy something, tomorrow the douchebag of a seller will start selling genuine & functional stuffs just to make you feel bad, i'm just been real here
Appreciate your input. Yeah it's a crappy spot to be in.
You didn't get scammed he literally told you he didn't know if it worked or not so its your bad!
The point is he knew it didn't work. He phased a scenario that would likely intend that it worked, offered to even return money if he didn't, and when I told him it didn't work he blocked me.
IMO, he scammed me.
But. He also said he would govern him something back IF it didn’t work. Bro blocked him. That’s scummy
