Birria Estilo Michoacano | Wendy Dear

Hey everyone, here is a video on how to make birria (estilo Michoacano) it is a bit different but just as delicious :) and also how to make tortillas I hope you enjoy. Definitely give them a try.
HERE ARE THE INGRIDIENTS I USED
-Beef Chamorro and lion
-Epazote Leaves
-Arbol Chiles (9)
-Ancho Chiles (2)
-Guajillo Chiles (1 whole bag)
-Roma Tomatoes (2)
-Half a Garlic
-Onion (1)
-Bay Leaves (4)
-Ginger (1)
-Vinegar
-Salt
-Cloves (3)
-Black peppers (6)
-Chicken Bouillon
*Make sure to cook the birria for approximately 1 hour
INGRIDIENTS TO MAKE TORTILLAS
-Flour
-Maseca
-Water
