I really love this type of content, it gives it more of a personal feel. Keep up the great work stu!
One of the most beautiful clean jobs I have ever seen. SUPERB
Quality as usual Stu. Love the banter back and forth from you and KC.
The ol fella is a grafter! No stopping him! 💪
Its 2am in the morning and i'm watching your videos. Good stuff. All the best to you.
Great Video Stu!......my Dad wasn’t a tradesman but he used to make one in helping me, and he was lethal with a sweeping brush and tidying up! Wish he was still here.☹️
Ian Storey I know what you mean, my dad was not in the trade, but I’m a qualified tradesman now, but I learnt everything from my dad when we was young, watching him do our house up all the time, he’s old and bed bound now 😢
Hi Stu - was just wondering if it was at all possible if you could maybe make a video on an introduction on pricing jobs, for instance brickwork either by m2 or day rate, etc? Basically just how you would suggest the best method to use depending on the type of job you’re carrying out. Many thanks and keep up the great work champ!
Truly professional. Really enjoyed this video.
Great vid Stu, even better job. When that brickwork weather's doubt you will see the difference, good choice on the bricks.
Brilliant idea drilling a bracket to the frame and laying on top of it instead of having to wait for the compo to go off to put a fixing through.never gave that a thought .cheers
T Gun i agree, it was a well planed job, i think the next guy going to replace the window wont as the screws are facing inwards
8.58. Whoops! Missed the wall ties. KC will keep you right Stu ; ). Great job. Nice and tidy. Keep up the awesome work!
I like how your unit number 3B matches your company logo 👍🏼
Your channel is really taking off Stu, you;ll be 250k subs before you know it! Brilliant content, I'm doing a DIY renovation at the moment and learning a lot from the channel, so thanks for that. Your dad is bit of a star too
Hahah cheers pal I will just keep doing what I’m doing and staying original
Spot on as usual fella. Loving the banter with KC too!
Brilliant fella! Take pride in your work, you two deserve it!😉👍
The consistency of that mortar at 8:20 was arousing
well made videos, great to see old man and son as a team with really top notch clean work
Yeah the mixer for a small barrow of stuff is not worth it eh. It's the cleaning and washing it out in a built up area, never able to do it right and then the mortar builds up in it. Only good thing about on site...............you can wash mixer proper and make a mess on the ground, especially with wet roughcast and pebble dash. Nice match on facers Stu.
Quality mate, another professional job by the both of you 👍🏼
Those bricks look like Eastwoods 4pressed bricks, I just happen to have a heap of them from some demolition, if only I had known you was in need of some, they would have been a perfect match.
Top job. Really enjoyed watching. Noted few tips for myself to DIY the area under my windows. Cheers.
You are the only best bricklayer I have ever seen on RUclips wish you could build my house because its still under construction 🚧 and the people that are currently building it are not so good so well done keep up the good work
very good job guys 😉👍
love seeing a tidy, clean brickwork job, great work

That was very satisfying to watch Brilliant job
Been a fan since early days. KC definitely getting more confident in front of camera. Still loving the content as always Stu. Keep it up!
Getting more grumpy you mean! ;)
Love the video's mate keep them coming :)
It does start getting dark around 3.30. The good news is after the winter solstice, (22nd December 2019. Also called the Yule), the days get longer and brighter by approximately a minute a day. So no excuses after April because it will still be light at around 5.30/6.00.
Bigger flasks and more butties needed then JC!
Quality again stu. U and ur old man seem like such nice guys. Would love to do a job with u both
Super work again
Love all the vids Stu, but the format of these last two vids are spot on, keep up the good work
Excellent job stu👍👍 by the dream team. Has it gone dark yet😬. Job and knock whilst you got the job done👍. Funky music.
Excellent job guys. Biscuits, nay steak dinner with a couple of beers.
I have heard it said, that if you get some yoghurt and mix it with water, then brush on the brickwork it promotes algae to 'age' the new bricks.
Yes, I've done that on concrete garden borders. Not sure it would work here though, the brick will darken over time as the textured surface catches grime.
Happy New Year Stu! Another cracking watch. All the best for the year ahead mate.
0:17 some tasty windows and door
Great video, great job. love watching the skill and care that you guys put into your work.
Fantastic video stu.well done to u and KC 😁👍
Brilliant again Stu, enjoying your vids atm
Top job!
Cheers Barry
Good work,.. clean cement residue or haze of brick faces.. than it'll be a great job guys..
I've been watching your videos for years and never commented but just wanna say that your work is spot on! Your Attention to detail goes a long way stu! Its nice to see the relationship you have with your dad! I'm the same with my dad, hes a builder, I'll tell you what tho stu, I have to have a break now and then because we argue to much 😂 I think its because I'm always right 😉
Nice job . Pat from Belgium
Keep it up Stu and KC 👍👍👍
Loving the new style of videos too

Cracking job and video guys 👍
KC needs some new trousers lol
Beautiful job
U are the best in the world. !maybe.
May I ask you something.... Why are you not using a mortar mixer? Mixer and bucket? Nice work. I'm watching your videos and learning. It's nice and precise work. 👍
Great job lads
PROPER JOB 👍👍
Shout out to Sheffield
Awesome job
гарна робота!!!
Pair of wizards
Looks like you could shave with that trowel!
Looks like the customers may be getting a shower over the bath hence why they bricked up the window opening to this side.
Good math with bricks.
How long does it take to do a job like this please? (wouldnt need the height reducing - just the width)
Blue Riban D :)
Good job!
Another great video from the A Team , KC loves a bit of block work inside , he's good with the brush as well , might be worth taking him on Stu , the punter should have paid for the brick to be sorted with the drain coming out , brick match very good buddy , can't beat a blue ribbon , local asdas now doin bacon n sausage barms now in a lot of areas 😂😂💯🐖🐖🐖
Top job as always and the dad n lad bickering brings back memories 👍
hello. you do a great job. but please explain to me why most of windows in england opened in exterior... i m from romania.. here are closed in interior?. thanks
What are all the ways you cut bricks? Cheers
Just a silly wooden wedge like that holding your line down i find extremely helpful! Cheers mate!
Hi mate where abouts do you do most of your work
3:40 the hulk appears on the site!! 💪🏻💪🏻
Looking at your dads clothes , does he keep pigeons stu ? 😂👍
John Ward all window fitters wear jeans like that
Thanks for the vid Stu.
How do you get your mortar so creamy and smooth looking? When I mix mine by hand in the 4:1 ratio with a squirt of washing up liquid, it always comes out grainy. Any tips?
Use more mortar when laying frogs up.
Is KC a window fitter or a joiner to trade or a everything kinda dad
Everything dad Dave 😃
stu crompton same as mine then 😂
Hey man, thanks for making these videos. How do you mix different color mortar? Is it always a dye or the color of the sand and the color of cement? Thanks
Super Team привет 👍
Hi stu, just seen one of your videos of you making a brick bbq do you have the link for the barbecue pieces you used? Just I want to make one the same as yours cheers stu
have a look on ebay or amazon
Hi Guys, what proportions of the mortar do you make for masonry? Do you use sand, cement, plasticizer? One part cement to four parts sand?
Love this vlog-style!
100% that's wigan u a local lad
If so you do repoint a small garden wall
