My boyfriend sneezed in the middle of this, and I was so into the video that the sneeze scared me so bad that it made me jump.

I investigated some really bizarre sounds I heard at night when I was camping with my girlfriend. I never found the source of the strange sounds but needless to say, we left the next morning as soon as daylight occurred.
3rd story, the scream was probably a cougar or bobcat. Their “screams” sound insane
I was thinking the exact same thing. Cougars mating calls are flipping terrifying!
It sounds like a hybrid of both a cougar and a bobcat.

Or a fox, they can be bloodcurdling.
When you think about it they sound pretty freaking weird. They're majestic animals but wow do they sound scary.

It's true, that scream, it didn't sound like something I've ever heard before, very creative creature sound even the mowning growls are terrifying. My guess was probably a mountain lion, they do sound similar. It's the closest I could think of. Look up video of that it's still darn scary though.

Telling kids not to talk to strangers really doesn't work. Once I was walking my dog and this mom came up to me and asked me to approach her kids and tell them I had another puppy in my car if they wanted to see. She wanted to see if they would go with me.
They didn't even think twice. They walked right off with me.
She was so upset with them. She ran over as soon as we started walking away and she said "we just talked about this last night!!!!"
They laughed and covered their mouth realizing what they had just done.
I'm sure because I'm a petite female it made them feel a bit more comfortable with going to see my "puppy" but still. Kids don't listen lol
Years ago I was managing a movie theater inside a mall in Texas. You wouldn't believe how some parents just let their kids do whatever, whenever. Anyway, I'm standing in the lobby of the theater in front of the concession stand when this little girl, no more than 3 or 4 years old, walks past me into the mall. Parents were of course no where in sight. Having two kids of my own, I guess my spidey sense was tingling and I followed her. Once she got past the food court I could see she was completely lost and crying, looking around everywhere. I walked up to her and asked her where she was going. She told me she was trying to find the rest room. Parents were so afraid to miss part of their movie they sent their three year old by herself to the bathroom. I told her it was ok, and that there was a rest room in the theater. I took her hand and walked back to the theater. Had I been a predator, she would have walked right out the front door with me, and her parents would have never known what happened to her. I walked her to the rest room and waited outside the door. 15 minutes or more had gone by, when the mom finally came out of the auditorium to look for her. The kid came out of the rest room and this mother started yelling at the kid because she was making her miss the movie. I lost it. I started yelling at this woman, telling her what had happened and how she was lucky it was me and not some pedophile that followed her. Then the lady started getting mad at me for the way I was speaking to her, and I told her in no certain terms to shut up and be glad that I didn't call the cops or cps on her for neglect, or worse yet have to call about a missing child. She grabbed the kid's hand and went back inside the auditorium in a huff. Some people just shouldn't have kids. At least the mom you dealt with was trying. You are right, though. Kids are trusting and naive

@@Christina92488 Unfortunately in Houston, things like this was a regular occurrence. I once called the cops after I saw a mother hitting her child in the face in line at the box office. I waited till they came in and saw which auditorium they went inside. Aside from me, my cashier saw it happen as well, and the child still had red splotches on her face, but the cops wouldn't arrest her. They told me the best they could do was take a report and notify CPS. I could tell the mom and dad were meth heads, but not much more I can do if the cops won't act. As a father, stuff like that pisses me off, but when you do all you can and the police act like you're wasting their time, you tend to get discouraged. I felt embarrassing the woman in front of other people would be better than the cops not doing anything about it, and might make her think twice about letting her child go anywhere by herself in the future.

I’ve actually employed his technique myself, with my brother. I was 15 and he was 13 at convention in downtown Minneapolis at a 25 story hotel and crashed three or four parties to get free booze. We got nothing all three times and we’re almost instantly called out, blending in wasn’t possible for us at the time

Okay I have a story, this takes place in 2018 or 2019 at my grandma’s house. Me my identical twin sister and my little brother went to our grandma’s house to spend the night with our cousin. We were just playing outside as usual when we see this car pass by, which was normal so we thought nothing of it and continued playing. Until I saw the exact same car pass by again and this time I looked in the car as it passed by and I noticed this middle aged man watching us from his window. At this point I was a bit weirded out and was like “Thats a bit strange, maybe he’s looking for a house”. So again we go back to what we were doing until we hear a car coming from the edge of the street, so we all look at the corner. The exact same car again was passing by, so me my sis and our cousin look at each other creeped out as the guy passed by. Our cousin told us that if this man was going to come back around he was going to go inside, so I and my sister agreed and continued playing very disturbed about this random man. The guy didn’t show up for a few minutes so we thought he had gone and that he might have just been looking for some body’s house, we were okay. *We hear a car around the corner of the street* we all freeze to look if it was the guy again. We were riding bikes and and my cousin said that he has, had enough and that he was going inside. So we all followed, except my sister because she was going to pull over on the side walk and catch up with us. So we all go inside and I didn’t see my sister behind me so I turned around and head to the door with my grandma in front of me heading to the door as well to see what was wrong. I see my sister run towards the door and inside, while you hear a car take off in the distance. My sister told my grandma that the dude stoped right in front of the house and got out the car and was going to grab her so she leaped off her bike and ran. When me and my grandma got to the door he took off, my grandma told us to stay in side until we were going to be picked up by our parents. She described the car and when my parents came us and our mom looked around for the car, but there wasn’t any car there, so we went back home and left it at that. Still to this day we don’t know who this man was or where he had went, but since then I’ve never seen that guys nor did anything like that happen again. I asked my grandma if she knew what happened and she said that she had never seen him in their neighborhood since then so she assumed he didn’t even live in their neighborhood...
Once an old man maybe 50yrs old was calling my name. I thought he was calling someone else then my uncle said: hey he is caling you. He was telling me to come with him but we just walked away. Now i think about that and who know what he would do to me i i came with him.

it's so terrifying how no matter how much you drill it into kids to not talk to strangers, they're still too young to really understand the consequences
This is why when I have kids I’m gonna tell them exactly what will happen if they go somewhere with a stranger. My parents were completely blunt with me and didn’t cover anything up and I wouldn’t even look at strangers in public
My parents were very upfront about that. They told me that the stranger would kill you if you go with them.
Growing up in the 80s-90s thankfully the neighborhoods were safe
These days you have to have crime watching.
My momma always said that if I went with a stranger that he’d kill me and sell my organs. I was like 6 but it honestly worked

I think what makes mr.nightmare so different from other horror narrators is he adds very specific and very realistic sound effects, not to mention his very unique bass filled voice and the timing of the music and how it changes every so often depending on the situation

I live in a wooded area, and many years ago, some people nearby reported hearing human-like screaming late at night. It was a panther. 3rd story could have easily been one.
My children are autistic. The concept of 'stranger danger' is very hard for the older one to understand (the younger is currently mostly nonverbal). The ability to understand that not every person they meet is a 'good person' is a skill every child should learn. Great upload.

The last story by far is my favorite one! I love when Mr nightmare tell stories about creatures and actually includes the screams and the sound of it! Well not actually the sound of the creature but you get it.
The intro to the second one brought up a memory I haven't thought about for years. I was in elementary school and there was this car following my school bus. I could see my bus driver constantly glancing in her mirror, and she radioed to someone but I couldn't hear what she said. It hit the point where she started backing into students' driveways to make sure they got in safely. That was particularly weird as it wasn't uncommon to have a shared bus stop up to a half mile from your house. It could have been someone's parent, I suppose, but we were all aware that something was wrong with this car following us, but none of us really understood why.

Even if they could get DNA from blood which i'm not sure they can, they would still need to find the person to match it to. Same with fingerprints. If the guy left fingerprints but was never in the criminal system, they can't match the prints

1) gatecrashed a party to self-harm. Creepy - but sad. Must have been very ill. Pity the cops didn't catch him. He needed hospital. 2) I am sure having 'don't talk to strangers' and 'don't go with strangers' hammered into my mind saved my life when I was a child. 3) some very dangerous people hang out in woods at night, including covens. Not safe to go there. Even during the day, not alone!
