I think this house was made for a music-ballet producer. The sports hall was hugely used in the past.
200 million is cheap, very cheap for that space, a single house, with a garden, with a surface of 300m^2 a walking distance from the Ueno station... That is the center of Tokyo, 60 years ago.

I'd be rollerblading in the sport hall holding Totoro! If a family gets that house, the parents will never wonder where the kids are with that room and the rooftop, nor will their friends' parents. And a nice adult space 2 floors down 🤗

Sports room would be turned into a hobby room. A nice big house with lots of space to live.😊
This is a really cool house! Three stories for a million bucks is reasonable. I'd probably turn the sports room into a playground if I had kids, just reinforce the windows so they can play ball and be rough without breaking stuff. Use the outlets to put in a computer for educational games. I'm probably on the boring side of things, haha.

Even if you removed the giraffes this would still be a terrific home. I would carpet the sports hall and use it for golf putting and ten pin bowling.
I would use the sports area as a hobby room or a place of socializing. Nice house.
Ich würde in der Sporthalle ein gemütliches Raum gestalten um zu chillen, Filme schauen, Partys feiern und ein kleines Atelier. Auf dem Dach würde ich ein Kräutergarten anlegen.
Alot of space which is great. If, the price was not astronomical I would have renovated the third floor and made it into a livable space added a bathroom and rented that floor out to offset some of the cost of the home.

The house is in very good condition to be 39 years old. Well built to stand earthquakes. Maybe the "gym's floor" needs an update, but otherwise everything looks great. The terrace is simple and lovely. Simplicity even in the tatami floor room.

Beautiful home. Holy cow, that's big. It's 3 times the size of our house; I wouldn't even know what to do with that much space. Probably have a lot of parties and invite all my friends.
A beautiful neighbourhood, the house is spectacular, the cost is high but compared to micro flats it is still a winner. In the sports room I would make a music room, drums and piano. Beautiful, I like it.
Whimsical, and BIG! For Tokyo and Japan (in general), this is an usual house that has been renovated to the owner's taste. Happy for you, Usui, and your new real estate company. Getting listings of this caliber is GREAT! 👍👏❤ For the price and its location, this house is a tremendous investment. It has parking spots, too! WOW! AND, an outdoor space in Tokyo....so unusual. This might be an AirBNB contender? Not sure, but boy, oh boy, one has space to do so many things!
Wow! I love the courtyard and the Japanese room. It's interesting there is a kitchen on the 1st and 2nd floors. Clearly, the sports hall would be best used for daily scooter ball matches.

Nice choice of an interesting house to show us. It's unique. Still has some traditional aspects to some of the rooms and how they are laid out. I want their terrace/garden in the back. It's lovely. I also enjoyed your "eating local food in the area" too section.

Very nice! The sport hall would be wonderful for a warm up/practice room or workout gym. The rest of the house is roomy but I think that patio is my favourite! A very restful spot.
What I had thought had been posted so I guess I would just say new clean floors and new paint!! Seating is a good thing my arms hurts at the tennis practice… I would just redesign like getting those houses then new paint new floors then would not busy the space so it’s lovely! ❤

Da kommen dann alle DVDs mit rein und auf die andere Seite eine große Bücher Ecke.
Das Wohnzimmer bei der Küche wäre mir zu klein, dass dann lieber als Esszimmer.
