@Patrick Joesph Fallon They sell red lentil pasta at the grocery store without preservatives so it's possible to dry for long term. It's like dried beans, but no eggs in it
Did i do something wrong? I added 2 large eggs for 200g lentil flour, the dough was difficult to roll out 🙈, while cooking it, it helds its shape very well, but when i ate it, the texture was kinda mush, it slightly resembles regular pasta texture, but it was more mushy when i ate it than expected, i cooked the pasta for +-8 - 10 mins. Maybe im just not used to the texture 😂 or maybe i expected it to he exactly the same as regular pasta
I've never tried this, but did you taste the pasta during the cooking process? Just to see if it was done before the 8-10 minutes? It's possible you overcooked it by boiling as long as wheat pasta. But then again, lentil pasta might just be mushier to start with. 😂
Thank you so much
Great video thanks 😊
I have only put lentils in soup with vegetables and its very good.
How delicious & healthy yet, I'd eat it with just butter!🧈
