    I believe the pins on Glocks are directional. Left to right to go out. Right to left to go in.

      Not on Gen 5, either way is fine.

    If you wiggle the slide stop when inserting the pin you won't have to bang on it with a hammer and can just "press" it back into place.

    I recently installed the Performance Trigger in my G45. The pull was so ridiculously light that I had to install an unmarked connector to achieve a 4lb pull. I also had to tweak my trigger bar a little because it was rubbing hard against my slide stop. But overall, it's an excellent product. It's like a Timney Alpha trigger, but with an extra layer of safety. I recommend it.

    I just installed this performance trigger and my NRA DEAD WEIGHTS broke the trigger at 3.75 lbs. Once you hit the shelf the trigger pull is the best I’ve ever felt from a Glock Trigger. If you press the trigger very slowly you’ll feel a very small amount of smooth movement before the trigger breaks. If you go to the shelf and then press the trigger at normal speed it will give a break than feels very much like a 1911 break. This performance trigger is noticeably better than than my minus connectors. I’m extremely pleased with it.
    Prior to installing this new trigger I was running a minus connector with polishing of the striker leg (where it engages the cruciform). And I had also polished the exposed surface of the firing pin plunger safety. My polishing was done with a felt wheel and jewelers rouge. This performance trigger gives the best trigger break that I’ve ever experienced with a Glock pistol. No regrets with the purchase.
    Note: in comparison to a minus connector (also referred to as a 3.5 lb trigger) they have never produced a true 3.5 lb trigger pull for me. On average I have found that the minus connectors give you a trigger pull of approximately 4.5 Lbs or just a bit less than that.

      I bought & installed a -3.0 Edge connector, did the 25 cent polishing, & wound up with a 3.5 lb.trigger pull on my 4th Gen Glock 20. But of my 11 pistols, my Glock 20 trigger is still my least favorite.

    if you read the instructions, it detailed where you should add three drops of lubricant to the new parts. hope you did that.

    Why isn't the trigger staying depressed when u dry fire it? It shouldn't be rebounding like that.

    • @ThruMyLens100
      @ThruMyLens100  Год назад +10

      Incorrect. This is a new trigger design. The fact that it is made not to hold back like the stock trigger is a great benefit for dry fire practice.

    I would really like to try this trigger after Johnny Glock gets done with it. And it would be nice if glock makes this trigger for the 43x mos and bumps up the trigger pull for carry use. Would be cool imo. Im not a fan of how sharp glock triggers are.

      Yeah I’m thinking I was going see a big difference but by the eye looking at the video and pulling on my trigger looks to be about the same.. if I was glock I wouldn’t have called it a performance trigger, I was hoping they kinda improved the amount of take up on it but it literally looks the same you should do a video with both triggers side/side with the same Gen glock because I’m pretty sure it’s going look about the same
