I got the samsung 990pro it's super fast gta 5 loads so fast the girl in the red bikini wasn't even up for a second when it says loading story mode and it hit 10% on the screen it was done
I noticed in a lot of these videos the crucial T500 doesn’t get as much love. I guess cause it’s somewhat new on the market, but in runs the coolest of those gen4 and the speed is equivalent to a Samsung 990 pro minus the high cost. It’s actually on sale now for $125. You can beat that.
Great recommendation! Though, in my opinion, i personally would absolutely go with the absolute minimum of 2TB and i would simply go with an NVME that already has a heatsink on. I have the WD SN850. It has 2TB and already is starting to fill up. I would've bought a 4TB but at the time, those NVME's were about $600. I bought my 2TB @$400. So even though a 2TB is around $150. I think that's a great price at this point in time. If i would have the money i would go completely bonkers and buy a 4TB or even an 8TB. I just don't like to constantly delete games. But i also think that with 8TB i would have enough for the complete lifespan of the PS5! 😅 Again, this is my personal opinion. If you don't mind to delete your games (or transferring to an external drive) than you're golden! 👍🏼
@DBLCreations im still using ps4 seagate external ssd 4TB to store my ps4 games what i have, i also have 2 TB seagate one actually too. I also like that if ssd have already their heatsink installed on them so u dont need to buy it separated. Im thinking to get CORSAIR MP600 LPX to myself, just looking different sizes prices here, 4TB = 339,95 €, 2TB = 159,95 € & 1TB = 89,95 €
@@OccasusRaven I still use my 8TB external HDD from my PS4. But you can't play PS5 games from there. So i really need a new NVME. I've looked at the Corsair once's. And even though i like Corsair as a brand, i don't really like the MP600. (I personally think there are better performance NVME's out there.) They cost a bit more, depending on the brand. But there have been a lot of sale going on lately. I would say for everyone in general that 2TB is the absolute minimum. I personally tend to leave a lot of my games stored on my NVME/SSD's. I don't like to erase my games and reinstall them. I'm personally going with a WD again or even a Seagate NVME. I'm much more trusted with these brands anyway. But again, that's personal. Corsair is a good brand as well for sure!
Yes yes but but where is the load time comparison? It's the only reason i would open my wallet for a new ssd for the ps5. If you tell my games will all load up 50% quicker, thats helpful info.
PS5 SSD expansion was previously limited to 4TB, but with the PS5 beta new update, users will be able to increase the storage space on their console even further to a maximum of 8TB.
Guys don't ever even think about buying the firecuda, they have the worst customer service and the worst warranty department, mine went bad and I have been waiting for more than 3 months to send me a new one and still nothing
It might be helpful to include price in these reviews. I had to watch sections twice just to make sure I didn’t miss it. You keep mentioning great value for the price but don’t say just what that price is. Really frustrating.

😂
I just installed my one but it keeps crashing the ps5 when transferring the data. Any help would be appreciated.
Thank God for RGB heatsinks when you can't see it once the lid is on 😂
🤣🤣🤣
Try dbrand retro plates

990 pro is a lot faster...
PS5 cant even use the full power of the 990@@HyperiongamingMNE
@@ryanshnoztwazzle8605so many reviews and opinions, which one should I get ?
Recently got the crucial p5 plus with heat sink gen 4 2tb the box claims 6600 mb/s but im only getting 5658 mb/s
I chose the Gigabyte Aorus 2tb with heatsink for $109.99 on Amazon. 7300mb read and write speed 6850mb. A great deal for the price in my opinion.
Is it still working fine
@@Jed1596_ Sure is. It even handled sudden power loss just fine when my neighborhood experienced a power outage.
Western black 2tb as been a smooth device

2tb is enough for me for a couple yrs since I’m only getting maybe 10 games that I’ll actually play

I thought the fastest was the crucial t700? Is it not compatible with the ps5?
Maybe you have a bad SSD I didn't have any issues just install, format, and it should work but I have the newer version of the ps5 and the digital v

Interestingly, there are many videos where these types alternate in order. It seems to me like paid videos with a certain brand
1TB is too small
What about the Kingston fury renegade is that any good?
When installing the new memory on your console, do you have to format the memory or is it ready to run when you start gaming?
need to format first
Thank you
A Heat sink with lights to generate even more heat🤣
Follow up question, can you get up to 8TB of memory with these SSD memory?

No issues with the Firecuda 530 Pro
I either see people with WD or the Samsung 990
I have a Playstation 5 so I really need good ssd for my Playstation 5. Thank you for this video Gatget Ten. 😮😊
hey what did you buy for the ps5 i have it too
Till meeee

What about fury? Its clearly the best
So these videos don't actually answer the question on which one is better

bro I did not include the price because it can change at any time and is not fixed✌🏼
WTF are you talking about the Crucial p5 plus does not come with a heat sink out of the box Why are you showing a picture with one with a heat sink
I just ordered one on Amazon that came with the heatsink on
Corsair the fastest I thought was firecuda
