Is this mainly for storage or does it also help with with loading speed as well as preventing online gameplay delay?

What can you tell about 8tb nvme linkmore im running out of space with the 4tb sn850x which substitute 2tb sk hynix

You make them all seem like the best one
i heard other talks, they said Corsair best over all, i'm really get disappoint for choosing one...
Im looking for the difference between the p41 and the p31 by sk hynix
Thank you
I've had the first generation WD SN850 with heatsink (in the 2TB variant.) I remember it being available in 4TB. But back then it was over €500. I believe i paid my 2TB variant already close to €400. So sadly enough, the 4TB was just too expensive and i couldn't go for it back then. After a while, they removed the 4TB option. Not sure why. But then they came with the 512gb & 1TB "PS5 branded" option. A bit later came the 2TB option. And honestly i don't know where they are now in terms of higher capacity options (WITH heatsink.) But i know there were some different options and they removed some options and then added new ones. It was all very confusion to be honest.
When i saw this drive back in the very beginning, i was immediately in love with the design. Even though you couldn't really see it once it was inside your PS5 and it wasn't even officially confirmed by Sony that this drive would be compatible. Still, i wanted this drive so i kept my eye out on Sony to see the compatibility check. (Even though it was officially confirmed by Western Digital that it was in fact compatible for the PS5.) Once Sony gave its okay. I bought the drive installed it and never had an issue since. I believe that after a couple of months, Mark Cerny, the architect of the PS4/Pro - PS5, had the same drive installed in his own personal PS5.
So i guess this drive is good for sure if the PS5's architect has it in his own PS5. 😀 I'm looking to upgrade to a higher capacity drive though. Mine is already full. But they are so expensive! 😩
Anyway, I wish you all a Merry Christmas 🎄🎅🏼 and a Happy New Year! 😀🎆🎉
they have a 4TB SN850X on amazon USA for $300 right now
@@FF-KillThemAlll Yeah, right now. I'm talking about the times when the PS5 was released and al these NVME's were expensive. Also, they have 8TB NVME's right now.
Thank you for sharing this informative video is
Just got my Fury SSD today and it overheated.. took it out it was hot! and some of the golden color bits were black sending it back smh.. I have no issues with my series x ssd
Really hope that was just one bad one. Good luck god bless
Samsung 990 pro have a huge software issue that reduces drastically their lifespan and damages the drive.. im surprised that you even suggest it
True. The 980 pro had firmware issues too but I luckily never had that happen to me while owning mine. but that whole software debacle was about a year ago and has since been resolved with a separate software update I believe
@@TooSlickk oh thats good to know
The guide of the ps website says that a m.2 SATA ssd would't work but the ones recommended in the video are m.2 SATA ssd s
They are m.2 NVME. Not sata
Hi,I have a question ❓ does ps5 work with sdd that have all specification to mach on ps5 but the read speed just 5000mb/s
Hey, yes it does work but ps5 games are mostly needed with 5500 mb/s speed, so it’ll only be a little slower by a few seconds if you have a 5000 mb/s ssd. Hope this helps you. :)
Can someone help me what is now the best of them and wich of these is the best Price - Quality?
ff
Just get the firecuda I had mind for over 2 years still work great and it fast. I have no over heating no crash just bat crazy fast.
This video is awesome and interesting for Best PS5 SSDs 2024. Thanks for this videos
which was you like best in this video youtuber😊😊😊👆👍
Sooo which one is the best for ps5 ?
The BuTT69 M.2 SSD is the best
Do I need to have the SSD come with heatsink?
you can get your own heatsink and attach it
You want heatsink because the PlayStation might overheat on a game. And if it does it will break your ssd card.
With heatsink the ssd card will be safe from overheating.
Yes
No
It’s better to have one with a Heatsink.
I heard others, they said Corsair best over all, i'm really get disappoint for choosing one...😫
puedes decirno en que fue lo que te salio mal, pq todos dicen que es el q mejor prestaciones da...
Not mentioning the low priced and high quality Sony made Nextorage models make this video fail.
bro gave you all the names and the performance output and your lazy ass can’t just go look it up yourself lmao you realize the price will fluctuate right smh
Is nextorage a good option?
This basically is one long, bland commercial
