Really cool attention to detail with the underside of the platform. I have seen this done in a tiny home before some years ago using different mechanism, but awesome amenity to offer.
I absolutely love your designs but the motorized bed is my favorite. I recently received an estimate but after my husband sees this we will have to discuss. Keep up the good work.
I love it because its 10 wide and thats what I want...I love the fact you also have the water heater outside and not in the way in the bathroom....I would design the inside a little different ...Oh and I also love the pocket door , I'm not a fan of the barn door ...Good job guys
Well designed tiny home, the lift is absolutely stellar as well as the Solar station. I’d be content with that , unfortunately I live north of the border. Great ideas though.
I lin size!!!ove this house!!! I would use the bed that raises up and down. it seems that there is plenty of room to leave the lift down and move the furniture forward. so perfect
I've seen lift beds in several tiny houses, but none are as elegant or as easy to use as yours. Can it be left in a half-down position, to provide two sleeping areas, an upper and lower, bunkbed style? Would be ideal for house guests.
The great thing about a tiny home build is adding what you feel is what you need more, like extra cabinets. Each home is built according to the customer's needs and wants.
Why would you put the electrical box outside where anyone can tamper with your electricity I mean if you get a whole neighbor who decides they're just going to shut off all your electricity by flipping all the switches in the Box you left that home to be tampered with usually some people are okay but every now and again you come across somebody who let's just say is a little too feral in their nature to not do certain things
my box is on the out side of my house most houses are like that in every house...if a breaker is tripped I have to go outside and fix it ....and all you have to do is put a lock on it and get an outdoor camera that will alert you if anyone is around
@@gingernotturno5365 okay you put a lock on it and what if somebody Snips the lock you do realize when a criminal wants something bad enough they'll get it including cutting a lock to get to it it's not safe to put the power source to one's house outside where anybody and their brother can get to it I don't even like the water shut offs and things of that nature being to where anybody and their brother can get to it did you not hear about those people that lived in RVs one of the things that especially when they camped out towards unsafe areas like Mexico one of the things that happened how they got smoked out is that they tampered with the water shut off and the propane tanks and things of that nature also I know somebody who had their stuff messed with because it was outside and yes they put a lock on it too
@@sarinaglover3712 Wow girl! Either pick a nice tiny home park or RV park to live in, hire 24/7 security guards or install electrified fencing around your tiny home. 😂 or just put it in the woods where your only neighbors are woodland creatures 🤣
@@sarinaglover3712 I’m sure if the client wanted their electric box inside they could’ve customized it that way. I have seen many tinyhome - tours during 2023. And always been irritataded Because the fridge most often opens wrong! Who is these lazy people? You can change the left/right of if not, dont buy these. Its not only look bad, it change the whole effectivness. Sorry for spelling bad, from Sweden. But really, if you want to show off, do it right. This video pissed me off twice. And I havent seen it all yet.
I'm sorry to hear that you've had frustrating experiences with tiny home tours, especially regarding something as seemingly simple as fridge placement. It's understandable that attention to detail can greatly impact the effectiveness and aesthetics of a space. Hopefully, as the tiny home movement continues to evolve, builders will take such feedback into account to ensure a better experience for everyone. 😁🏡

Amazing i love it
Thank you! 😊
You havent seen a liftbed in a tiny before. Hard to belive!
It's certainly surprising! Tiny homes are full of ingenious designs and space-saving solutions, so a lift bed sounds like a fantastic addition.
Very nice!
is there a way of having it moved up to Washington? and how much is this house?

Yes, you can leave it where you like and utilize it as a bunk bed!
🍀👍🍀😊
Love that it would be great for me
Very spacious!!
Have you guys ever build one with 3 bedrooms?
Hi give us a call for a free estimate (650)484-8587😊
The lift bed is genius. But overall there is not enough cabinetry or storage. This tiny house would be fine for a getaway, but not for living in.

Game changer! lift bed must have!!!! How much for this one please?

will do when i am ready! thanks!
I have been researching lift bed systems for my tiny house plans. Is this a HappiJac Bed Lift?
This is a HappiJac lift bed.
You forgot to mention the price! A base price with a list of upgrades with prices would be good.
The base price is listed in the video's description box.

We wouldn't like those types of neighbors! You can also always put a lock on your panel to prevent access.
