The measurements on the X model is 20ft X 8ft 4inches. Inside is 16ft X 7ft 4inches. The restroom is 3ft by 7ft 4inches

I lin size!!!ove this house!!! I would use the bed that raises up and down. it seems that there is plenty of room to leave the lift down and move the furniture forward. so perfect

Someone please offer a different floor plan
You can see different floor plans on our website!
Same floor plan as every or most not tiny homes. Look on line and see homes same or smaller that are completely different for example placing the kitchen against the front where the so called living space is Don’t put bathrooms in kitchen that’s wrong on so many levels. This perfect example of supply and demand. So many tiny home builders use same floor plan w maybe a few diff in back. Demand is no longer as big and is beginning to slow down and supply well let’s just saw they can house people loitering or homeless.

All the homes have same interior there are unique homes where people have beautiful floor plans w same sq feet.
We offer different floor plans to clients, our homes are fully customizable.
