Depends on the size of the home, but it would just be the house payment +utilities.

So if you buy a house from Pacifica you can live here and not pay rent, pay only for utilities? Or am I missing something? That would be great, but doesn't see possible. Clarification would be appreciated if I've missed something. Thanks.
You buy a tiny home from us, so you would do your monthly payments along with utilities.

Is this Tiny community available soon to retired seniors? And are these lots owned by the residents? How far are you from LA? Or Orange County? You build the tiny homes in the factory by your tiny house community? What are the prices, and can we still put our tiny home on your property even if we don’t buy one of yours? Also is there a HOA fee? Is there sewage, plumbing and electrical set up? Or is this off the grid? I live in Va. with my daughter. But want to move back to Ca. Is there size restrictions? What is the rent on the lot if it isn’t for purchase? Are there stores and markets somewhere near?

Hellooo Kevin thank you for the community update everything looks super cute… You guys should put another deck area for like parties or like get together to celebrate people when they want to… I loveee the garden live that I would loveeeeeee to live here when it’s open to the public.. And also do some solar panels that will be amazing as well… when it’s open to the public how much would you guys charge for the space? Have an amazing day guys enjoy this video

Yes we hook them all up for electricity and water.
