- You've heard of the Keto diet? How much fat you're supposed to eat, and I'm sure you've heard of people taking Ketosis too far - like eating nothing but bacon! What actually happens to your body, if you ate just bacon though? Could you really eat it for 3 months straight?

Ahh bacon, the internet’s most popular food item. Smoky, salty, chewy and sweet, this fatty cut of pork is a staple in the diet of billions of people around the world. But is there any way that something THIS delicious meat could be good for you? Well, unfortunately, its greasyness and high sodium levels seem to indicate no, which is why people tend to recommend you limit your intake of it. So what would happen if you went the complete opposite way and ate nothing but bacon all day, every day?
To answer that question, we’ll be giving Brainiard the epic task of eating nothing but bacon for 3 months straight and seeing what happens to his body along the way. In this video we’ll discuss the importance of nutrition, the effects of an all-bacon diet, and the intricacies of ketosis. We’ll even bring up real-world examples of people who’ve eaten nothing but bacon for a month, and see what happened to them! Will the results be as grave as you’d expect? Or could it be that eating nothing but bacon is actually good for you? There’s only one way to find out!

no keto for me. i am almost underweight, like in the 10th percentile.
Keto will help you too I know a very underweight young woman who gained weight, built muscle, is very active and looks fantastic. Her skin cleared right up too. Check it out hun and good luck xx
Second that I guess, but also check out the MANY other lifestyle changes that can achieve the other commenter´s listed effects and don´t have counter-indications for underweight/near-underweight folks. Maybe even before you consider keto. All the best!

I eat bacon every day .My mother craved bacon and nothing else while carrying me . My family coat of arms has 3 boar heads ..Im 50 years old and never sick ...Bacon for me is life .I just hope people taste as good when the food runs out .
