This is why it's so important to continue to look and make a habit of looking at the nutrition facts label. eggs do not and should not have carbohydrates in them period but you will find even in some raw whole egg cartons they will list 1g of carbohydrates. with any egg product, be sure to look at the nutrition facts before you buy! Eggs don't have carbs! If they are adding a gram of carbs, it's not 100% natural, and is processed. And if it says 25 calories per serving, which is one egg white (5g of protein) which equals 25 calories. So if it does have one gram of carbs in addition to that, it would be another 4 calories. So it should be 29 calories. Soo they are trucking you and lying to you! Be sure to read!

Lol thanks man, my body changes daily depending on the amount of carbs and calories I've had, and the pump! I still incorporate intermittent fasting, carb cycling, and carb back loading. The day I had filmed the barbell complex I had fasted for about 18 hours then had about half a jar of peanut butter before so it was a pretty good pump! Also, have never touched gear, don't even know the names of it or where to get, committed to the hard way!
