Front Squat LIKE THIS - to add 10lbs immediately

Ever since I landed on this grip with Josh Bryant walking by seeing me Front Squat 405lbs and giving me a little nod and clap, I adopted this grip as THE BODY MOUNTAIN FRONT SQUAT. There's no super comfortable way to grip the barbell when performing a Front Squat, but I found this to provide way more control and comfort, even if your knuckles are touching your neck.

I have an elliptical Trainer at home. I do 30 minues in the morning, and 10 minutes every hour interval, sometimes extra 30 minutes after strength training, but my lower knees started hurting too much. Thoughts?

I have never done a fast so this is interesting so see how you do it. I did not know you could or should workout during a fast, I would think that I would feel weak but guess not because you are killing it. Can a type 2 diabetic fast? I know your not a doctor but just a curiosity question.

Beautiful complex.
Way better to do the variations ! You burn way more calories than just stepping straight . Plus it gives you the perfect 🍑 I burn like 700-800 calories in 40 minutes which is pretty awesome. Can’t even do that in a high intensity spin class.

After watching your video, I put this into my routine. Today was my second time and this is now my favorite day in the gym. I just wish I could rock it out with more weight (32.5 kilos), but I’ll get there. Chino, chano as we say in Catalán, little by little. I'll get back to you on the fat loss, but I won't blame you if I don't get skinny, that will fall on red wine and chorizo.
For abs, you need to flex the spine NOT keeping back straight and in neutral position.
So far the best imitation of Pavel Tsatsouline. Not sure about the actual workout.

I was worried that it woudnt be able to hold my weight but it did and I got one for my dad im so happy with this product.
I did that for 30 mins then my clothes were totally wet like running thru the rain lol

I tried this today and I loved it!! I sweat like a pig. But I made a mistake on the step sideways. I didn’t skip the step on back side. I’m gonna do it again tomorrow. Will that be ok if I do this everyday for 25 minutes?

The first day I tried this machine, I went at a pace of 6 or 7 and I was so out of breath in 1 minute and 30 seconds flat, I literally had to keep stopping. The next day, I went at a pace of 4 and stayed on it a solid 10 minutes! Do you think that going at a slower pace like that is beneficial until I can work my way up to a faster pace? Thanks

Gustavo, make sure you’re fully using your arms and legs, twisting through your core, with everything you got. Also, build up the intensity as needed!

I do floor presses specifically for triceps, they give an incredible pump
