I haven't seen much of these issues on Series X. I'm on the last NG+ with 800+hours at level 115. The issues I have is my ships power keeps reseting.

Oh my new game three and yeah honestly I’ve had two quest bug out on me that maybe they’re gonna work. Maybe they’re not I have no idea. We shall see. I got hit with the shield bug and I’m totally pissed about that because they’ve ignored it. The game looks beautiful. I can’t believe that this is what we got after five months. There’s literally no change to the game. They’ve done nothing. I was hoping for. I don’t know a speeder bike. A city map. A computer screen with a list of planets on it instead of hunting and pecking, while looking at a big Picture that moves really slow. But hey, they fix the asteroid that follows you. Well, thank God for that.
I'm already blown away at how good the graphics look.
Hopefully most of the review bombers have finally moved on from the game so the devs can stop getting all their player feedback from tik tok and start working on updates that us actual concurrent players really want

Shield bug affects how many players compared to players who were trying to fire while jumping? Shield bug is how annoying compared to odd eye colors?
I agree. The shield bug is annoying. But the number of fixes we are getting in this patch seems significant. Especially to graphics. I'm pumped to see it.
The ship shield bug is the primary reason I haven't played in a couple months. Shocking they still haven't fixed it. It makes space combat--an entire part of the game--impossible.
There are also so many unaddressed issues with registering and using stolen ships. Things like the targeting bug. No mention of those either.
They fixed the VFX for Rejuvenation, but not the actual broken skill? LMAO. Never change, Bethesda
Was really hoping Outpost Management 4 nullifying OM1 would get fixed. Really sucked when I went to make a base with more than 3 cargo links and couldn't because of that bug.
I'm happy they're finally fixing loads of problems but it still saddens me that they aren't addressing the woefully underdeveloped Ship builder.
What other game has a complex shipbuilding system?
While I would welcome ship builder improvements, ship building is one of the best things in Starfield imo. There are so many things in the game that are infinitely worse.
@@apharoahnamedlegion9215 That's irrelevant, Starfield's Ship builder isn't complete as it is 4 months after Launch. It has massive promise, if BGS decides to fix it and not just wait until Modders do their job for them for free.
@@Chris-wu2hc You're not wrong and I'm glad they're addressing many of those problems. But with ~340 hours in game all I do anymore is build Ships I'm left wanting with this Patch. And it is a fact that the builder isn't complete. We can't preview our builds before exiting (after paying) the builder. Ladders still spawn wherever they want. We can't rotate Habs and many other items, etc.
I've been playing cautiously, making only manual saves and avoiding certain actions based on the bugs people have been experiencing, though I've still encountered a fair share of those. I like that the game is getting fixed, but I'm disappointed at the slow pace at which this is happening. It reminds me of F76, I still believe something is off with Bethesda's workflow. Too many devs involved? Too much red tape? Creation engine still a pain in the ass as far as version control? Probably a mix of many factors. I was hoping that this new itteration of the creation engine would add improvements for the dev workflow, rather than just adding improved features for the players. Still, hoping for more fixes for others that have their game stuck in limbo.
Too be fair the slow workflow may be because they are testing the fixes to see if they don't break other things. Windows just released an update that literally can't be downloaded and applied by Windows 10 PCs because they didn't check if it was functioning and shot it out too fast to fix a problem with Bitlocker. I'd rather the slow and steady approach than Microsofts fuck it launch with their windows updates.
There's supposed to be an update about every 6 weeks to fix the problems
I've been playing extremely cautiously too. I've only done the quests to marry Sarah & did the UC quest line to have access to the Vanguard radiant quests. Been grinding them just building up credits, resources and gaining levels
I’ve been dealing with a bug that doesn’t allow me to load saves after a crash. Even manual saves won’t load and I just get kicked back to dashboard

Damn! They will fix the bug where you kill an enemy and they sometimes remain standing instead of falling. This was one of the bugs that I thought was funny!
Whats the opposite of hyped? Coz thats what this patch did to me. Its unhyped me of hope this game getting better soon.
It’s strange- I loved Starfield so much at release. At 50 hours I liked it, at 200, I disliked it. Now I hate it with a passion.

Funny! I did the opposite route. I didn't like Starfield before it was released, because Bethesda wasn't working hard on Elder Scrolls VI, I had mixed feelings in the first 10 to 20 hours, I started to like it a little after 50 hours, I became addicted after 100 time and now, that I've already played 520 hours and have played NG+ for the first time, I simply love it!
@@TheAgentAssassinIt’s not about the $$. It’s a Bethesda product. Their previous titles were so much better than Starfield, (excluding Fallout76) regardless of number of copies sold. I’m not complaining that I feel I didn’t get the minimum value to money.

I started playing it yesterday after a long break, the only thing that really annoys me is that it's still 30 fps and it's not very action packed, but ok to play overall.
I dont see anything about the crafting station bugs at outpost or the companion quest bugs. but lets make sure to make it so weapons dont spawn in a crate in a single player game because thats game breaking apparently, Havent touched the game in months and at this rate none of my game breaking bugs are being fixed so i guess ill just continue to wait.
So I just checked... I STILL always have my head stuck to the left. That's just stupid. I'm checked out.
I have about 120 hours in Starfield on Steam and I haven't come across any bugs other than people not falling over after being killed
The Nexus script extender fixed my ship shield problem. I do not see any of the major bugs listed in this list.

I'm gonna be really disappointed if they didn't fix the shield bug and the other buff perk bugs- if you take cargo for example it doesn't work properly either.
I am looking for an excuse to come back to this game.
It was fun but empty after some time.
What causes the shield bug? I thought it was happening when I would steal enemy ships and then make it my home ship then dock into my ship so I didn't have to visit a ship technician so I just quit jacking ships because I got tired of selling my ship and building it again.
I stopped stealing ships when I saved while trying to steal an Ecliptic ship & it corrupted all my game save files. Had to start over
One thing that can cause it is doing a save while you are on your ship. Nothing unusual nothing weird it can just pop up. And when you lose a shift it’s worth 1 million credits that you spent two weeks putting together and running through all of the test and making it perfect and then it’s useless, it’s sad. And they have apparently completely and totally ignored that problem.
@MrTehru I got the 'auto turrets won't fire' while flying around & saving on my ship so from now on I make a hard save before I play & make sure everything is working before I make a new one
@@Tenebrous227 I have been super super careful with my new ship. Except for one time I accidentally saved while I was on my ship. I immediately shut the game off lol. Turned it back on and I was OK. But the fact that they’ve potentially ignored this massive issue costing people potentially tens of hours of playtime because we’ve gotta redo. Everything now is depressing. But yeah, I’m very careful now which definitely takes away from the enjoyment of the game.

It'snot really an update till it's released on console it sucks I love starfield but us waiting for two weeks for the update to come out then wait six weeks for another update no thanks just do it i say and stop making people wait so long. So looking forward to mods coming out and it better be the next update

You seem to have stopped making Starfield videos. Is it due to the game's poor reception and divisiveness? Fallout 76 is a poorly reviewed and divisive game too, but you make videos for it every day. Is it because you just don't like Starfield as much as you like Fallout 76? I've played Starfield for 300+ hours so I can't say I didn't enjoy it, so I would love more videos from you. (But Starfield does have major problems, notably in the storytelling.)
Im over 600, love every second 2 MAIN BUGS😢 Power from Beyond bugged out to not populate temple locations after 14 powers and refused NG+ since Ive previously been to that planet randomly, and "Ghost" versions of Ships at Hopetown only, cant go there at all anymore😢

They have confirmed they are working on that. Likely won't come any time soon, though, because it will require a fully new system to implement. It's not a bug.

@@ronchu4453 Maybe I made that sound bigger than it is. It is a new system for pre-made maps. It will only be for the main cities too. So, New Atlanis, Neon, Akila and maybe that place in Mars (name escapes me at the moment) and the Red Mile. It's not going to be a super sophisticated thing but it is a new system not in the game at this time as opposed to bug fixes, which is all that was included in this patch.

Well, they’ve had five months and they haven’t done diddly squat about that. They claim at the beginning of these notes that they’ve made numerous quality of life improvements but I don’t see a single one in that list. They missed every big problem in the game. They gave us zero quality of life improvements, but they fixed some graphical issues. They have 250 people and they’ve been working five months on this patch. Dammit I’m bitter lol. Plus, I’m really pissed about my shit because it got hit with the shield bug and I’m not happy about that.
What about power's fix 😡

I had to delete my last comment because now I’ve gone through the whole video with you, Mr. T. And I have to say this is an absolute bunch of garbage. I’m sorry, but they’ve been working on this game for the past 4 to 5 months with 250 people in the best they can do are a couple of graphical updates? The shield bug? I lost a ship with 1 million credits. I cannot use it. There are game breaking bugs in the game. And they claim to add “quality of life improvements“ there’s not a single quality of life fix. and there’s certainly not any additions of quality of life improvements listed there. Most of its graphics. OK great the graphics are fine fix the game. Give us what we asked for. Put speeders in the game so we don’t have to run for 2 1/2 hours to get to a tent. Wow that’s absolutely depressing. If there were five guys working on this game for the past two weeks and this is what they came up with that would be great. They have 250 people and they have been working on this patch for five months. And they know everything that we’ve done. Sorry, I’m just really annoyed. I look forward to watching your stream and see how things go. As always, thank you very much.
