I am just seeing this for the first time. I did time with Phil in E-Block/Attica CF. I had the privilege of watching Phil paint his Coast Guard Cutter series. His art work has been a blessing to many, including this old soul. While I have been home for more than 18 years, I will never forget the time that I spent with Phil.
