Wow the 1st time when i saw this dial few yrs ago i thought it was a bit too flashy but now it has grown on me. I have the later STO manta ray turtle which i love so much. But right now i m digging this dial as well….seiko are jus masters of dial design.
Agreed. Seiko is definitely the king of the dial game. They always have the most interesting dials at any price level. Having said that, my interest in these divers have waned in the past year or so because I never wear large size watches these days.
@@AndyinSGoh that’s a pity. However, i always find seiko watches to wear a bit smaller than what their dimensions would suggest. A good eg is the MM300. Anyway, the latest save the ocean padi deep blue dial has caught my attention yet again. Seiko jus never rest on their laurels. Anyway, have a good week ahead. Cheers.
@@ganck1147 You're right. These Seiko divers always wear smaller than the specs suggest. But to give you an idea of what I prefer these days, I'd always go for the 37-38mm non-divers. If I were to wear a diver, I'd reach for my BB58. So I actually sold off some of my Seiko divers recently. And yes, have a great holiday season ahead!

Great dial. Do you still enjoy wearing this turtle?
I still love this dial. But i haven’t worn any of my Seiko divers lately. It’s been largely G-Shocks for me.
@@AndyinSG Thanks. I only wear G-Shocks and Seikos, I get it. All the best.
Do u know where i can still buy this in sg 2023? Looks real good
