    Love how this model targets the Specific Body Types. How many Know their Body Type. I am Vata…fast mind, fast action and this will help me to slow my brain and butt down,lol! Excellent recommendations!

    Vata pitta- I don’t do well with organic wheat it causes my skin to itch and I get hives. Dead bread is okay, but clogging. Even gluten free flour is problematic so I don’t eat grains, legumes or dairy. Fresh raw fruit, nuts and veggies, cooked veggies and sporadic red meat and shrimp. I feel great at 2 meals a day. I oleate as well with my own body butter formula that I make and daily stretch routine.
