Gosh, see the softness of that meat! This is really mouth-watering! I am Nigerian married to a Ghanaian gentleman, and I've never heard of this soup!!! I'm seriously missing out! Glad I found you ❤️
The green soup looks absolutely delicious, I like how you steamed the spinach before adding it. I wish I can have some of that soup, job well done Sweet.
Sweet next time don’t add tomato paste but you can use just a little fresh tomatoes and dried prawns for taste. I like the way you steamed the spinach. You can also boil the spinach and use the water as the stock for the soup. Well done will be making one soon
Eiii Sweet Adjeley, you will never stop killing me...I jux love you aside ur delicious dishes. I have learnt another meal again from you. Thank you, the Lord bless your hard work for me. Cheers
Adzeley, obomoden! Perfect soup. I usually mix quite a few greens too, when I'm lazy a bit on my green veggie intake. I steam some collard greens, kale, parsley, spinach, and swiss chard...I alternate them, and boy oh boy, u need to sit down for this one....by the way, the colour is perfect, nothing wrong with the colour at all. Ofain3, no redo needed at all. Most make it with less tomatoes to get the colour greener.
The green soup looks delicious and sumptuous I think you should 'shock' the steamed spinach by plunging it in an iced water to prevent the loss of the green lustre of the spinach before introducing it to soup late Furthermore, please try using green petite bell peppers (kpakposhito) or any other green peppers and green tomatoes instead of red scotch bonnet pepper and red tomatoes which will change the green nature of the soup Simmer the soup for about a minute after introducing the 'shocked' blended spinach to the soup to keep the greeny nature of the soup Good job Sweet Adjeley 😍👍
It looks so scrumptious. Thank you. I'm going to make a version of it. Since I'm Caribbean, there will be no snails in it, because it is not something we eat. Maybe adding more spinach and blending it raw, might make it lighter in color? I will also add lime or lemon juice for a bit of acid which also brightens the color of the soup.
@@PetraRobinson-gm8nh you will love it my dear. Trust me. The flavor and taste will blow your mind. Give it a try, especially in your light soups, palm nut soups and green green soups 😋💪🏾💕
Good try! But next time you could leave the snails in the soup until the soup is ready to be served. Also you could add the spinach or nkontomire to the soup before blending your tomato and onion to it. However, if you could get mushrooms and dried herrings and mudfish too (gives the soup a pleasant taste). Much love to you 💕💕
Naa, the soup is perfectt! The color is perfect ooo because the very green ones in chop bars are mostly onga kontomire which is more or less a food color to me
Sweet, I’m watching from Montreal Canada. For your first try it looks phenomenal. I personally think I’ll blend it fresh before adding it to the remaining soup to make it greener? But hey this was really good. I’ll definitely try it.
