This Authentic Ghanaian Goat Meat Light Soup or Goat Meat Pepper Soup is a super delicious comfort food that can be enjoyed at anytime wether cold or hot. Please Enjoy
Ingredients:
To Season and Steam Meat
Goat Meat - About 2lbs
4tbsp - Tomato Paste
Onion - 1/2 of a medium
Ginger - About 2 thumb sizes
Garlic - 4 Cloves
1 - Habanero Pepper
1/2tsp - Cumin
1tsp - Aniseed
2 - Bay Leaves
Beef Seasoning - tt or Seasoning Of Choice
Sait - tt
Vegetables For Soup
2 - Medium Size Onions
3 - Fresh Tomatoes
1 - Habanero Pepper or tt
About 2 thumb sizes ginger for a better flavor (Optional)

The bayleaf and anise seed you added to the recipe is new to me, it gave the soup a nice smell though.
