I would have to check that out. I like them but don't know much about them...
@@feedandteach definitely, check also this new version that they do in Toronto from Chef Craig Wong at his patty shop called June Plum. They basically upgraded the the Devon House patty style …
I watched about 6 beef patty recipe videos on youtube but they all seemed like they were missing something, yours looks the most legit out of all of them, im going to get the ingredients and give it a shot.
Man your cooking video makes me wanna go to Jamaica and have some of that good stuff! Looks amazing, it's always a treat to watch someone cook a childhood meal. Great video
Respect of the highest order,👏👏 any anyone who cook Jamaican pattie correct. The crust is everything, I'm not even Jamaican, even I know that!!
New to the channel. I must say, I throughly enjoyed
this video. Your background music is so relaxing,
your voice so soothing and instructions very clear.
The patties look so delicious, I’ll definitely try
making them sometime soon. 💯❤ it 👍🏾
I love the method used, user-friendly for someone like me, following directions. My Jamaican parents from Trelawny would cook from these dishes from stratch. Thank you so much for sharing. As my American holidays are approaching, this will definitely be added to the menu. I subscribe to your channel, and I can't wait to see more of your baking and cooking❤
It looks amazing!, I’ve been looking this patty for years on many tv travel shows thinking how incredible would be and now I can do it by my self, thanks for sharing
Best ever recipe I've seen for Jamaican patties
Excellent video and explanation, can’t wait to try it. I love patties 😋
I had some delicious beef patties when I visited my man in Jersey. We downed those with some ice cold ginger beer during the winter.
Oh, man…. now I am sooo hungry! I wish youtube had Smell-O-Vision and Tasty Texting features!
I loooveee Jamaican patties! Thanks for the video.
Bless up King. Shout out from Belize 🌴🌴🌴 🌄
Some unique ingredients.. but this stuff looks great
Everything looks nice, clean and delicious. I could eat.
👌🏾
Oowww! Tell you what growing up as a kid and passing through Brixton London (to get to school) when it was more or less little Jamaica and Patty heaven. One thing I remember, all good patties puffed up and the sauce was juicy. I see it here in this video.
What a breath of fresh air! I love this video and the vibe. I am making this recipe this weekend. I don’t have beef suet but will put some beef bouillon in the butter or patty dough to give it beef flavor. I’ve made Pattie’s before but nothing like this. This looks flavorful and tasty. Cannot wait.
I love everything about this video, the manner in which you made your presentation is superb,it was timely and not repetitive as I find a number of cooking videos.Your tone complimented your work resulting in an enjoyable experience. Thank you.
This is love! Thank you for providing this training video.
Great recipe. Jamaican beef patties are delicious. I also like coco bread with it
One of the better cooking tutorials ive seen, good job man. Hope your channel blows up, you got a like from me.
I like green onions, At my summer job we pulled green onions out of the ground, you could always tell by the smell it was green onion, So we peeled off the outer skin and we ate em. They were good. Wild vegetables and fruits always taste better you just gotta know the traits and smell of it so you know what it is
In the 80s when i was a kid i met a bunch if jamacans that came here to pick fruit. They would come back every yr n eventually they became like family to alot of us .we wpuld smoke weed and eat bomb food. Its been yrs since the same ones came back here. Carlton, semi, wonder if they still alive
Sounds like you guys had a lot of fun and good food to eat and share. That's what's up, right on!
This might be the best cooking video I have come across, and the best Patty recipe! This is Ramsay good and he has Michelin stars up the wazoo! So perfectly explained that I may try it myself once I get all of the accoutrements and ingredients together. Much respect. 🇯🇲
This looks incredible. I can't wait to try it out.
It reminds me somewhat of an Australian meat pie we have at home here; same handlability, flaky pastry, and meat-gravy texture. But the flavours look so much more intense, and my mouth is watering just imagining it.
Thanks so much for this!
original and authentic. One lady I met she gave her family recipe but they added xanthan gum and butter instead of suet. Thank you I will make it with fish and olive oil. bless you son
Bless!
Ok bro let’s get a patty shop going man that’s the absolute best recipe I’ve seen so far. Thanks for sharing definitely subscribing
