Not at all researched work, Shillong had a huge troubled past, there were a series of violence against Bengalis, Nepali, Punjabi, and Bihari settlers, back in the 80s and 90s. Many shops owned by Marwaris communities were burnt and owners shot dead in the broad daylight by local militants groups, There was a bloodbath and deep scar which runs through in the mind of non-tribals living in Shillong for generations, even then they never felt Shillong like their own home, they are being constantly subjugated by racism and prejudice by tribal people (Khasi tribe). Shekhar probably lived in Shillong in the 2000s, and never bothered to research what happened there a decade or two before he arrived. Really sad to see such immature work coming from him.
Whatever he professes cannot be always researched backed and true. I will seriously doubt his works hereafter.
P.S. - I was born and raised in Shillong and have lived there for the first 25 years of my life.
Your reporting is always detailed 👍👍👍
This happened because of the failure of the government of Meghalaya, MDA govt.
I agree with you gentlemen, I'm very disappointed by the barbaric act of those young men brandishing weapons that was totally unacceptable from a civilized and educated khasi community 😭
@@jaswindersahota706 true but we thought that police were educated too
@@jaswindersahota706 when peole are ragging when the government fail them ,wtf do u expect ? U called them barbaric where they wont even hurt a fly. Also they returned the arms to the police which show their pure heart and not any voilence
@@jaswindersahota706 no one is above the law not even modi ji ,so wtf would police take the law in their own hand
@@fuk671 look gentleman , such act would heat up the issue, imagine if central force would come into action life of the common man would become miserable , hope you are aware what is happening in Jammu and Kashmir.🙏
