So glad all of you folks are connecting! It encourages me greatly to see the growing network of doctors, nutritionists, psychiatrists, counselors, coaches focusing the light on true healing around food. It is possible to overcome as learning and application and support coincide. And, thanks for mentioning this teaching by David Wolfe. I caught another podcast with him and got many take aways. Thank you for all you are doing!
Great vlog! I so appreciate the concrete takeaways. This hits the point just before a re-zoom would be necessary. So straightforward, so powerful. And it’s so good to know people who are working on food addiction are banding together! I can’t believe it’s taken this long. It seems to be likely that BLE and the Rezoom book helped as a catalyst. I am sitting here in my bright body just after just over one full year of BLE. Every day, from the bottom of my heart, thank you!! 🙏💕 (Now to my daily Wordle and getting that meditation in there!) 🙃
I absolutely LOVE you, Susan❣️ I'm feeling so alone since my husband has decided he is no longer "attracted" to me (after 55 yrs. of marriage), and I had to ask for a refund of my money I had given to extend my membership for 5 yrs. and take your courses. I try to listen to ALL your vlogs I can find. You are my lifeline to trying to stay on track to lose my weight. I have 82 days to my goal of getting my weight down to where I'll be (so it will be less strain on my back injury---sustained July, 2016. It's VERY hard when I get no support from my spouse (he's STILL here at our home😢)! So this vlog you just shared from david Wolfe is very helpful and I just wanted you to know that ❣️👌🥰. I don't know what I would do WITHOUT you, Susan‼️
This is wonderfully smart and useful! It makes a world of difference to have the if-whens written down and being able to physically look at them and read them, instead of just thinking “i will have strategies to cope when cravings hit”. Also, it is super important to prep these when having a clear mind, because when one is on the brink of breaking abstinence, it’s far too late/difficult to come up w some alternate solution. Many thanks for sharing!
David "🥑🥑🥑 Wolfe? I love him I was a raw vegan for awhile and started seeing him around that community. I'm so glad you got to go! I'm loving your vlogs watching several a day. I'm ordering your books next payday can't wait to get them and dig in. Thanks
Best decision I ever made was when I said yes to a boot camp in 2016 even though I couldn't afford it 🙏🏽 I couldn't afford NOT to for my future health as a single mom of 2 Littles and I had autoimmune issues that have resolved by some miracle
Cue: Stress Custom: I stop measuring food & eat on the go- still healthy food but at random times Consequence: I decide it's easier this way, to just grab food whenever & I stop Brightline entirely & slowly gain weight Cue: Stress New custom: I continue to stay bright because brightline actually less stressful over time & it's a lie I tell myself when I say it's easier to grab food whenever because it creates way more stress over time.
Hi there! We definitely recommend doing some reflection or journaling to get to the root of what caused your break and making a plan for how to avoid this in the future. There are more materials supporting this process inside our courses. It's something you can talk through with a coach, buddy, or mastermind group to ensure that your plan is on solid footing and has your highest self on-board. We hope this helps! 🧡

Cue: Stress
Custom: I stop measuring food & eat on the go- still healthy food but at random times
Consequence: I decide it's easier this way, to just grab food whenever & I stop Brightline entirely & slowly gain weight
Cue: Stress
New custom: I continue to stay bright because brightline actually less stressful over time & it's a lie I tell myself when I say it's easier to grab food whenever because it creates way more stress over time.
I have a cue that is the fact I just broke my lines and feel bad about what did. Any suggestions on new custom for this cue?
