Carter, who is widely considered to be one of our worst presidents, especially in economics. African-American unemployment is through the roof. Healthcare deductibles have gone up under Obamacare. He has expanded NSA spying on Americans. We are involved in more military engagements than we were before his presidency. The middle east is in disarray. His bumbling over there lost land in Iraq to ISIS and has seen them spread across the globe. Libya, Egypt, and Syria, under Obama and Hillary, have been disasters. He drew a red line in Syria and then became the laughingstock of the world when he wouldn't enforce it. He gave Iran nuclear capabilities and $150 billion in exchange for nothing. Meanwhile, Iran captures and embarrasses our sailors, China is taking control of the southeast seas, and Russia is buzzing our warships 40 feet over their decks. He has authorized drone strikes on American citizens. Instead of reforming immigration, he has flooded the country with illegal immigrants with false promises of amnesty, and refugees that the FBI Director says cannot fully be vetted (btw, this is called the Cloward-Piven Strategy). And yes, he continued most of the policies that people railed against Bush for and, in fact, even expanded many of them.

Compared to Bush, who tanked the economy, got the US into 2 wars that are quagmires, etc., Obama is a terrific President-I don't always agree with his actions, but thank the gods he is levelheaded and diplomatic. Also, to, funny.
+Megadog The initiatives are mostly long-term implementations, clearly it would take a while for the initiatives to be fully implemented, 8 years cannot justify how much Obama has seriously done for the sake of his people. Compared to most other presidents, he is the most objective and fair leader who makes legit decisions that ensures everyone is treated fairly. Of course more can be done and I'm not totally Obama pro, but from what he has accomplished, it is a feat greater than some American Presidents.
Example? The recently implemented Trans-Pacific Partnership, it brings down trading tariffs to zero and people with small businesses and MNCs are able to tap into the advantage to be able to sell cheaper goods to other countries, to consumers, the cheaper, the more they want to buy, and this will boost US economy and employment rate.
The 94 million Americans that are out of the labour force can be because some belong to the ageing population and wanted to retire. It's both a good thing and bad thing, not entirely bad.
