Wow! This was great. I have green eyes and learned a lot in this vid. I have always struggled with eye shadows that look great on brown eyed women so I have bought the same palette and it looks awful on me. I always thought the best colors were based on my overall “cool” skin tone and your video helped me to realize it’s more about my eye color; and that color wheel is a great idea to. What a revelation. Thanks Gemma, maybe now I won’t have to gift away so many palettes.
I loved this my eyes are blue with flecks of gold so I sometimes find it difficult to find eyeshadows that suit me. This really helped me so thank you.

What a great video, thanks to you I found out I have a cool undertone and maybe that is why I like to see myself with mauves, purples and blue grays, I do like to experiment, being a painter all my life I love to play with colours but regarding eye shadow the neutral taupes and browns make me look sick...would you consider do a tutorial with the amazing eye shadow you have today or maybe a couple of looks for cool undertone people?...love the contacts...great video, always learn good stuff with you, thanks...stay safe

Hi 😊 I have blue eyes and LOVE wearing orange/peach eyeshadows (pretty much all summer long) I just take it down a notch to copper in autumn/winter. Love the idea of using the flecks in our eyes. I have dark brown eyes and like you Gemma I always get comments when I wear purple or navy blue. Can't wear rusty colour browns though as they make me look like I have sore eyes!! I like to wear soft brown in the socket, grey on the inner eye and purple on the outer with a black or very dark brown liner. Then I soften the liner with a dark grey. Soph.x P.S Hope Seth has been ok these past few hot days. My sugar levels have been playing up because of the heat! x
My eyes are brown with brown, just brown 😂. I love wearing blue eyeshadow, but I really think, I can wear every colour (as you mentioned). Lucky me 😊. The difference with your brown eyes and the eyeshadows in purple and blue were subtle, yes, but with the colored lenses, you can see a big change in reflection. Stunning! I have green eyes with yellow flecks & few brown flecks. This is exciting. I enjoyed that & I could somehow see the subtle differences without really pinpointing the differences. I never realized how the color of shadow could change the color of your eyes. The browns were darker and lighter. And there was definitely blue and green. Thank you for doing this video.

Makes me realize my back in the day ( and I mean wayyyyy back in the day) I thought if you have green eyes you had to wear green eyeshadow, green eyeliner etc. Now I know why it used to look like shite lol. Hi Gemma my eyes are grey with flecks of blue, green and hazel, but my skin is very cool toned. I find that I suit cooler tones better as they just match my skin better. Anything warm toned looks very orange and makes my skin look very pink. Purples, pinks, cool taupes, soft greys, navys, green and turquoise look good on me - whereas golds, coppers, warm browns, deep peaches etc look terrible. It's an interesting idea contrasting the colour of our eyes, but skintone plays a large part too. I thought the purple look you wore was very flattering on you, but many of the others also suited you well. Best wishes.

Yes! I have green eyes and red hair...but I dye my hair even a darker red to make my green eyes pop and to top it off...i use coral eyeshadow on my eyelids too. All of which bring out the green in my eyes.
Oh shoot before I forget, I bought the Holy Moly Hydration cream from elf a little while back, & I can’t hardly use it because it peels/piles on my face. I just didn’t understand why it’s doing that. I believe it’s just a moisturizing cream with any exfoliation stuff in it. But little things peel on my face when I use it. Thought I might be using too much but that was the case. Still did it. Like when Gemma did the 15 min oil run & got the little peels of skin & yuck in her hands & showed us all. Kinda stuff like that. Well I was just wondering if anyone knew about it or what the heck it was. Maybe old. It’s was not grainy or anything. Very smooth, until......... Thanks Wolfpack & Gemma.
The difference between the purple and blue eye shadow on you wasn‘t subtle at all, I think. Your eyes looked completely different, it was astonishing! My eyes are a bit hard to decide on. I have a blue-grayish green as my main color and there is a yellow hailo directly around my pupil. I always want to emphasize the green in my eyes so I often opt for reddish-purply shadows. It works!
I have blue eyes, with an amber center... I noticed it years ago, and realized some eyeshadows not usually suggested for blue eyes, really bring out my blue eyes. I'm guessing this might be why🤔

@Patti_1962, I have the opposite problem. Blue eyes and really cool toned skin so warm tones make me look sallow. I can however work with cool toned browns to make them stand out.
I have blue eyes but the brown or bronze look awful on me. It makes my eyes look red like I was crying. I will check for color flecks and try that. I usually use a grey or taupe shadow.
Lol your disclaimer lol. I have blue green eyes. Not a true blue or true green.when I want to play up the blue in my eyes I wear coppery/peach/orangey shades. It does work

What would be a brown with a red undertone? It seems like it would be the same as a brown with an orange undertone unless you went for bronze.
