Nisha I stopped bothering to put on any makeup several years ago even though I love watching your videos. Also I was 70 last year and will be 71 in just over a week and I really thought 'what the hell is the point' and that of course makes me feel worse when I look in the mirror and see my Mum looking back at me. I was just so tired of spending a lot of time trying to get my hooded drooping lids to look right but now you have made me want to try again with the spoon trick. Thank you so much. I will let you know how it goes. Take care Nisha. 💗
I had to unearth one of my great-grandmother's demitasse spoons to get the right size! It's a long, long way from the silver drawer in Europe in the 1920s to the makeup caddy a century later in America, but I feel so chic with the monogram 💗
OMG woman. Thank you do much. Like you I was born with hooded eyelids and age has only enhanced that issue. My eyes are also small so this tip had helped me open up my eyes along with feeling and looking a lil more youthful, less tired. Thank you for all your wonderful torturials. Please don't stop! Much love .
How sad that people have the time to point out when one of your eyes is different than the other…. No one is perfect for Gos sake. So rude. Your videos are always so uplifting. Who need picky negative people in life, it’s too short for wasting time thinking about them.🌸
Genius!! Mine are really hooded and this works!! 👏 Brilliant! I hardly wore eye shadow because it always enhanced my hoods, so have just worn liner and mascara for years. Now I am confident to wear it-Thank you!
Good morning Nisha! I saw that hack a little while ago! My eyes are so, so small, I bought a pack of plastic baby spoons! Your look as usual is beautiful. Thanks for sharing.
Thank you, what a fabulous trick, I have trouble getting my eye makeup even. Running to the kitchen for a spoon to try it now. Love your top, I’ve never bought anything from Shein but now a lot of shops have closed I might have to start buying more online Xx
Did it work for you? I'm going to try it in the morning when I'm getting ready. Btw Shein is great. Prices are really good and you can get points for extra money off by just uploading a review, pics etc
@@LadyLuck13 we have bought from Shein, too. Incredibly cheap! Then I found out why….and a sweatshop would have been preferable, unfortunately. I wish I didn’t know…and I advise you not to research unless you can afford to shop at a more expensive, local store.
@@lisanncornelis4663 I'm curious so I'll probably google regardless now. 👀 Most of these companies will have horror stories sadly. Tbh I haven't bought anything from it for a while now. Since lockdown my new addiction has been power tools..lol.
Thank you for showing me an easier way to blend my eyeshadows for hooded eyes..ESPECIALLY! You TRULY...TRULY helped me TREMENDOUSLY! ALL YHE BEST TO YOU, AND YOUR BEAUTIFUL FAMILY ALWAYS. ONE LOVE. 💚💛❤🇯🇲😘👑😁🥳😘😘😘😘😘👊🏼
Ive just tried it and its a game changer for me! One size fits all 😆. I have a large space from lashes to brows so i just moved the spoon up a bit. It was amazing and so effortless, even and sooooo quick.THANK YOU YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS TIP ❤️ XX
Great idea for keeping things even. I’m older and can line my crease up with my brow bone unfortunately, now I have wrinkles and loose skin ! Using the spoon also helps to keep my old hands steady. Thanks.
Can't wait to share the spoon tip with my granddaughter who loves to put eye makeup on me .... with varying degrees of success .... well she is only 9!
Beautifully illustrated on how to lift your eyes up you look gorgeous and I cannot wait to try this next time I put on my. First I have to run around and find the right teaspoon ❤️
Nisha you look gorgeous as always. I had to RUN to try it having both downturned and hooded eyes! I laughed so hard because I have much less real estate than you. A teaspoon went from lower lid to brow!! I improvised with an elongated measuring spoon that accommodated my tiny eyes. It worked!
Thank you!! A great hack AND you spoke right to me when you mentioned uneven eyes. My left lid is noticeably (to me, anyway) drooping than my right. I'm off to try this!!
@Heidi Flanagan it works beautifully. At this point, I don't even use an eyelash curler. I use the same flat brush I apply shadow as liner with. I use a second tone and blend it all with a soft brush. Basically, I use variations of browns, coppers, and ivory. I hope you enjoyed the results as much as I did!!
GM Neisha, have seen that trick on RUclips already and tried it. As I have small eyes it didn’t do the trick but I am going to try it again maybe this morning if I have the time, and hope it looks as nice as your look. Thanks for the refresher, you make it look so easy.
This is amazing! Thank you so much for sharing and showing exactly how well this trick works! You are right I have to find a spoon to take to my makeup room! Who would have ever guessed this would work so well! Thanks 😊
Thank you so much for your helpful tutorials. You explain everything so clearly. I have age related hooded eyelids and think the teaspoon trick is great. Would never have thought of it myself and will try it tomorrow.
I’m like you I’ve seen it done but I always thought it was gimmicky. It looked so great and so symmetrical, which I’ve found impossible. I’m definitely trying this method today! Thank you for demonstrating it! 💕💕💕
U were so right...had to go to the kitchen and get a spoon! Can't wait to try this w/my my shadows! The end result and colors are gorgeous on u, as always.
Hi Nisha! I've seen this tip before on Tik Tok but the videos are only a minute long and it's not clear how to apply this tip. It was a young girl doing the demonstration so I didn't try it! Awe Nisha, thank you so much for this tip. My other half has just shouted down the stairs "what are all these tea spoons up here". I just smiled, thought of you and said "I've been doing my makeup". He just gave me a strange look. The spoon is amazing as I have been struggling to get that start mark in the right place for so long as once you have it the rest seems to naturally follow. Youre fab, please keep up the morale boosting vids. You make my day as I save watching you for when I have a cuppa, it's a bit of me time xxxxx
You’re my online hero. I have droopy eyes (think Paul McCartney) but instead of them adding to my handsomeness like they do Paul’s, I simply look old. lol. So, I love your videos. They’ve gotten me back into makeup after a twenty-five year hiatus. The spoon method is awesome. I’m gonna try it out tomorrow. Thanks! Jeanie

Have you tried silicone eye crease "tape"? They come precut like stickers. Most drugstores have them, also online.
I have small eyes, also. I’ve seen the creamers in videos, but haven’t tried them

So funny when at the end you said you could see us running round the house for teaspoons! I had three in front of me! Thank you!!
