I mean the celebrities "make the movies" but they don't literally make movies. Not sure why you'd expect many of them to know that much about what goes on beyond acting. Generally speaking they don't run cameras, direct, edit, animate, compose, or write. Their job is to think about nailing their scenes and be consistent and they aren't required to know anything beyond that.

I always thought that too, they made him so much faster in the film than the comics which is cool for the sequence but then for the plot he could basically solve any problem so they had to write him out one scene later.
@@theod9548 No way. Neo dodging bullets is one of the most iconic scenes in cinema. You got the knife in the shower, Jack Nicholson chopping down a door, neo dodging bullets.. I would argue the combat training sequence is cooler and more well done, but dodging bullets is the small climax of the movie right when Neo is starting to figure out he's truly the One.
I would love to see a second version and maybe even a third. Recommendation: The Great Gatsby. The one with Leonardo DeCaprio and Toby Maguire. Also the Polar Express.

I like how they explain there’s a difference between what looks like an explosion and a detonation. Detonations by the time you see them have already been done for quite a while. It takes a LONG time for things to start moving/falling in detonation

I'm surprised they didn't include the running through the woods scene in Sherlock Holmes. That's some of the best slow-mo cinematography I've ever seen.
