Rain Water Leak + Ceramic Coating | VW Golf |

This golf came in to us with wet carpets and a damp smell, so we found the water leaks, fixed them and then the customer wanted a ceramic coating.
We fixed some damage on the front bumper with a smart repair and did some extra polishing. Then we gave it Matrix Black, our 8-year ceramic coating.

Very interesting video, one thing to note is you said about the door membranes leaking, there are no membranes on the Golf mk7?

Some Volkswagens have a metal panel which serves much the same purpose. They have a sealant around them that shrinks and dries, much the same as it does with a polythene membrane. In fact, while the polythene membranes can shrink or split, it is usually the sealant that holds them on which is the problem.
