Apple password recovery is a nightmare. What are these clowns doing? Enter my email. Enter my cel. Enter the code they text me. Enter the password for some other device. Tells me I can’t remember the passcode so I have to go through recovery? Insane.
It's just baffling that they don't offer a remote unlock without losing all the data. If you can log into your iCloud account, you should be able to unlock it remotely. Samsung use to have that feature till late 2023, but removed it by copying Apple. smh
