I love your sense of humor, as informative and interesting as these videos already are, it makes them all the better. You seem to have a very open, attentive and positive way of looking at life, and it gives these videos a really nice extra touch. Positive vibes just like someone mentioned. Hi from Finland 👋 Hoping to visit Japan one day just to appreciate history, culture, aesthetics, and every day life as it is.
I laughed a lot at the “sandwich coup” but that has an explanation. A friend who works at a bentoya (a company that produces sandwiches and bentos for convenience stores) explained to me that if the stuffing reaches the edges, the plastic wrapper can get dirty and the sandwich will be discarded.
I have to mention how much I truly enjoy your videos. After a stressful day I appreciate your ability to transport your viewers to a calm yet interesting place. Thank you for your content and the work you put in the editing. I always look forward to watching new videos and researching old ones ☺️
On the one hand, I suppose this could be regarded as innovative and meeting a particular set of needs. On the other hand, I’ve never more acutely felt like someone has managed to infiltrate my mind and photograph my nightmares only to realize them in the waking world architecturally; I swear to you, just the other night, I ran through this scene avoiding my would-be captors … but now I wake to see it in your video?? Startling!!
This is the first capsule hotel I've seen that i wouldn't stay in. The shower was nice, but the inside of the building looked very much like a prison. It kind of disturbed me how cold and stark it was. But Tokyo was shining in all her glory! And that picture of you sleeping was fabulous 😂. Thank you for your hard work! 💖
Hello from Australia & thank you for another entertaining video. While I enjoy watching all of your travel experiences, it reminds me how long it's been since my wife & I were last in Japan. It's our favourite Country to visit, people have always been friendly & helpful - we've always felt comfortable there
Your videos are some of the best travel videos I’ve seen! You’re captivating without needing to be seen or heard! And as a fan - can I please make a request: please continue to show the weather and date. It is so helpful to see what weather to expect during different times of the year. I use travel videos a lot to help me plan/book trips, and so many people leave date and weather out. I love that you add it! Thanks 🥰
I absolutely love watching your videos, I have never been to Japan, and after watching your videos, it is now on the top of my must-see list. Thank you again
I am always so impressed by the amenities offered and the cleanliness of these capsule hotels. Everything is thought of for the traveler!! I wish we had that in the states! Love your videos!😊
Sadly, cheap hotels in the States will never be clean.. While if it is expensive, people will just go to normal hotels. If there is such a capsule hotel in the states, I bet it will definitely be noisy, unsafe, and dirty soon.
I believe that people in Japan are taught to always be tidy and clean up after themselves, as was I. Just because there is someone to do the cleaning, it doesn't mean that you should make a mess and leave it. It is a sign of respect, which is very important in Japanese culture. @@huyintang8407
Being in the US I can’t get over how much food is available in your convenience stores. Also most foods in our 7/11 I wouldn’t eat for fear of food poisoning 😅. Thank you for another Great video

If you're privy to the Midwest, once you stop at a Kwik Trip you'll never look at a normal gas station the same. Being able to buy food that is on the level of fastfood or maybe even slightly better from a gas station, and also guaranteed not to make you sick is mind blowing. Oh and it's a wonderful place to make your doodoo when you're on a road trip because the bathrooms are always clean.
First the cake in the can looked really good and you got it for a good price. Because I follow a RUclips account of American teacher who found another cake n a can vending machine and it cost $10 to get one. Second when you went into the capsule room and you looked through the glass and all the capsules with the stairs it literally look like a spaceship. It looked like when the crew members on a spaceship go four a long space journey that takes years and have to go into hypersleep. That's what it literally look like. And third I just look like a all good hotel to stay at the location was great. I would definitely stay there.
@@soggymoggytravels I've been watching this channel for a while and Japan doesn't seem expensive at all. At least compared to the US, a lot of things are half the price of things here if the prices Travelgeek shows are accurate. Even Hotels are way cheaper.
Stayed at the nine hours capsule hotel with my wife and sister-in-law. This experience is not for everyone. It’s better than a typical hostel but worse than a motel. Horrible if you’re used to a proper hotel room. Compared to typical hostels it’s a significant upgrade.
Comment for engagement! I LOVE this channel it's fun and I catch myself daydreaming about staying or owning a beautiful capsule hotel here in the USA.. No chance the American dream is dead.
Japan looks so automated. Food is prepared by robots, vending machines are the norm. So modern except for the onsen villages. I would love to see how people socialize in Japan.
Pods are very simplistic and I love it. The sound proofing one is probably worth the extra yen as well. Will have to check this out the next time in Japan!
i have stayed at this one and in akasaka. i know there are few other locations like asakusa also. but this one i liked. i walked to jimbocho and pretty much hung out in that area when i stayed at the otemachi one
Bonjour, l'hôtel capsule, ne connait pas en France, marrant... Qu'est ce que font des karts sur la route....? Il y a un circuit pas loin....? 😊 super sympa la vidéo merci beaucoup pour votre visite privée 👍❤️
We use broccoli in sandwiches in my area. Steamed until soft then layered between ham and cheddar cheese. I'm most fond of pretzel bread for it but most breads should work.
LOL to be honest, the back side of sandwiches sold like that in the USA are also empty. XD I feel the pain, though, it doesn't have to be completely stuffed, just spread the fillings out right! Also, I've never heard of broccoli on a sandwich, but I'd try the heck out of that! It sounds delicious!
Pasta robots, I am truly amazed! 😁 I suppose we will see more of these pod hotels in the USA soon. The cake in a can is a superb idea but are they served cold? The Imperial Palace is a beautiful place, I visited there in 1989 😊
Best pre packaged sandwiches I've ever had are in Japan. I wouldn't consider buying a packaged sandwich in the US. Capsule hotels seems like being on Mars. Lonely and stark but I get it. You did a good job on the video. Very informative.
I honestly never would have thought to put broccoli on a sandwich. But that broccoli and that egg (man the eggs in Japan! They always have such a rich orange yolk.) definitely made me want to try it. Also, that bread looks like the pinnical version of white bread.
Hola, desde Colombia y España le saludo! A través de sus videos aprendo a amar su país, me encantaría visitar y hacer esos viajes Que bonito es Japón, país bendecido por Dios
That meal would easily be $38 usd. $24 for the pasta, I’ll say the salad is a side, and $4 for the drink. $1.87 for taxes and a $6 tip. I love living here☺️
