You can’t go wrong with either one IMHO. The Outcast 4s is a better stunt truct and the Maxx is a more durable, but if you upgrade the Outcast you can get it almost as durable as the Maxx. The price difference is about a $120, so if I had to pick one I would get the Outcast and put a couple hundred in upgrades to make it more durable.

You should put some blue shock covers on your shocks on the maxx.
I replaced mine from green to blue and then found out about the covers. I’m always late to the party, but I get there.

I prefer the Outcast for everything but the durability. I sold my Maxx V2 recently but damn did I put it through hell, and it took it like a boss. Only thing that needs doing to the Outcast out the box is changing the servo saver spring to something stiffer, otherwise the steering sucks

Nice run brother! That’s a nice open area to rip. What kind of tires do you have on the Maxx? Are they stock? I’m looking to get something other than stock.

The trick to unclip the pins is to lift the curve upward end and slide😁

The Maxx V2 is pretty durable, but the O4S is a better handling vehicle. And a better value. And it's easier to work on 👍
