As a Rocker, is there a band that I'm unlikely to have heard of? Or is there a song that's under the radar from a big band??
You're not into rock? - no problem give me a group from Hip/Hop, RnB, Rap , pop etc.
I love learning about new bands and different types of music. I Cant wait to hear from you all.
Join me on this musical journey! Much love,

I remember watching this during lockdown. It made me cry seeing everyone gathering together 🥹
The flashmob mashup video was put together by somebody and not official in any way. It's a 1980 song, from ELO's Disco era (Xanadu movie soundtrack). Jeff Lynne is first and foremost ELO's guy: singer, songwriter, guitar player and producer of 99% of their output. Then he is also known as a member of the Travelin Wilburys, and a producer of a ton of artists. He has worked with the Beatles in the Anthology project.
Other that that took it ez
This song was released in 1980. You may know Jeff Lynne from The Travelling Wilburys. Merry Christmas to you all 💕
I guess just mentioning Jeff Lynne’s vocal range along with blank faces are considered “reactions” for a music reaction channel. The non-Christmas “All Over The World” was a hit single from the 1980 Xanadu soundtrack. This video was fan-made about 12 years ago.
A 1992 Christmas song Jeff Lynne was involved in that’s still played today is Tom Petty’s “It’s Christmas Time All Over Again.”
Jeff Lynne (who comes from my home City of Birmingham, UK) is a great muscian and producer. E.L.O. have loads of fantastic songs and sound just as good live as they do on the studio versions. This is my favourite song of theirs and is not new as it is from the 80's. Jeff Lynne the singer in E.L.O. sounds just as good at 70+. He was also in a super group called 'The Travelling Wilburys' with George Harrison (The Beatles), Roy Orbison, Tom Petty and Bob Dylan.
I love the flash mobs where not only the professionals but the audience gives it a whirl.
Happy Holidays! Very good tune, I really like ELO, they're a lot of fun to listen to. THANK YOU!
Great track from a fantastic soundtrack featured in the Xanadu movie.
Thanks so much! You really cannot go wrong with ELO... Jeff Lynne is genius.. writing, arranging, and also very under-rated vocally.. please get around to "Traveling Wilburys" (OMG this is pretty hilarious video of "flash mob"... but if you see ELO they do this great live....).. appreciate your reactions...(not the actual video.. lol)
God lads sorry 47 years I'm listening to elo and if ye need a happy one do Mr blue sky also tightrope is a belter don't know what ye missed thanks lads 😊
Lads were have you been if you haven't herd of elo try last train to London or don't bring me down or even telephone line live at Wembley then you will here his genius voice live
Hi!!! This could be my favorite ELO song!! But I felt exactly like you cause of the video. This song was actually part of the album Xanadu, from the same name's movie, with Olivia Newton John, in 1980. All the songs of the film were from ELO and the main theme called...you know...Xanadu was sung by the lovely ONJ.
All Over the World could be also one the most succesful hits from the ELO.
This video is from the current days or from the 2000, I think so.
Jeff Lynne was the leader and composer and was also part of the Travelling Wilburys with George Harrison. He was also present in many tributes to George.
Best regards from Chile!!!
Only half the songs were done by ELO. ONJ's longtime songwriter and record producer, John Farrar, wrote and produced all of ONJ's songs for the movie "Xanadu" except the title track. He wrote and produced “Magic”, “Suddenly”, “Suspended in Time”, “Whenever You’re Away From Me”, “Dancin’” (the mashup with the Tubes), and “Fool Country”. He also wrote "You're the One that I Want" and "Hopelessly Devoted to You" for the movie "Grease". Other hits he wrote or co-wrote for ONJ: "Have You Never Been Mellow", "Sam", "A Little More Love", "Make A Move on Me", "Landslide", "Falling", "Stranger's Touch" and many other album tracks.
@@havensmm9308 You're right!! Not all the songs from the movie were done by the ELO. Just reviewed and of course there are songs not from ELO. Best regards!
No sean grupientos ,saben que ELO es de los 70s y esta cancion es de 1980. Donde obtuvo buen ranking en los US y UK
OMG, you don't know that this isn't recent. Have you heard the crap that is being produced now? Mind boggles!
This song is from the late 70's or early 80s.
Your instincts serve you well, this is not an official video, it's a fan -made video from a decade or so ago. The song came out in 1980, on the soundtrack for the film, Xanadu. The movie bombed, but the soundtrack, which ELO did half of, was a huge hit, including this song. Next from ELO I suggest you do the studio version of their 1975 hit, *"Evil Woman",* it was the song that launched ELO into worldwide rock superstardom. Again, use the studio version (always do the studio first, then live later). And get it from the original album, Face The Music. Not from compilation (aka Greatest Hits) albums that came out later, as they often used the shortened single edit. You want the full song. ps~when using 3 reactors like you did with this song, crop the insert of you guys tighter so we can better see your faces as you're reacting to the song.
How is Harri? Ha ha.
Hello guy's here's a new group to give a listen, if interested. "Hall & Oates - You Make My Dreams (Official HD Video)" (by the channel: Daryl Hall & John Oates) This is one of the biggest R&B, blue-eyed soul groups of the 70's and 80's. I wouldn't be a bit surprised if you recognized this song or some part of it from a tv show, movie or commercial. I had fun rocking with you gent's thanks for sharing. peace out~
1980
You guy's are from England and you don't know who Jeff Lynne is? Are you kidding me? 😳 😂
this makes no sense lol - do you know who Ollie sykes is? he's from England, how about Benjie Webb? - i wouldn't be surprised if you don't (fair play if you do), we do as we like these bands and seen them live etc - but weve never been interested or even heard of ELO before so we wouldn't know who members of the band are?
Your from England? You know who the Beatles are? I'm from the U. S. and know who Buddy Holley is. Possibly you should get your head out of your ass and learn who your countries icon rock artists are? E L O are from England!
Dull reaction, sorry lads
