Omg seriously! This works right here!! We were literally sitting in the car trying to figure out what to do!!!!! Not starting. Push button not sure what to do. Searching through Google came across this video! Thank you so much! It worked! 💙
YO! I was working on this issue (starter clicking once and not turning over) and wife came across this video (head super big now) I gave it a knock and it worked. Avoided towing fees. Much appreciated.
Yo, 2014 300S, push button start… worked. OMG. Thank you. Thank you, a thousand thanks. Already got the starter replaced standing out in 90 degree heat. The mobile mechanic dude trying to finagle that old starter out of the all wheel drive situation. Poor guy, i walked down to 7-11 and got him cold water and gatorade. I was parked at a Napa garage trying ti figure out what to do. A mechanic who works there happened to be driving by, saw me and came to check it out (and make sure i wasn’t breaking into cars 😂). I described my issue. He said i needed a new starter. 38 years experience. MFer never tried the Nestor Bang method. 😂 🤘🤩 Thank you again!!
Incredible! Start at the 5 minute mark and PRESTO! I can’t believe it actually worked. Thank you Thank you for this video. I was literally stuck trying to figure out the problem. Just replaced my dead battery too so thanks again! Today’s date is Oct. 14th 2022 this is awesome fix 😊
My Magnum did the same thing ...just tryed it and it worked...the olny problem is I brought a starter from parts geek thinking it was the starter..I hope I can return the starter back for a refund..now I know it's and ignition problem...thanks bro...
Hi everyone, make sure you dont hit the key... you will break the actuator pin. If the barrel isnt the issue there is a common fault with the 300c that the starter motor exciter wire becomes cruddy and loses a decent connection. Get under the car and make sure the connection is good. It just pulls off/pushes on. This is very common
Hello there i would like to thank you so so very much for this video because i did what you said and it worked on my chrysler 300....i can't thank you enough...again thank you
It worked on my chrystler ! Thank you so much but my only question now is what the real problem is ? & how long will this work until I need to fix whatever problem it is ?
What would you suggest? Water pump, fuel pump, starter, radiator, brand new fuse box, everything's been fixed I don't know why it's not starting but it's not the battery I had a new battery put in and besides it's lighting up its dinging just fine I don't know I'm stumped I changed fuses
So problem is the actual key cylinder? I have this exact issue I’ve replaced ignition switch and actuator pin still no start…. Imma try this when I get home.
I’m sitting in my Chrysler right now when I do this trick it usually works but at times I acts funny on me. Like now I’m stuck on the side of the road because it decide not to work today. So do think my ignition is finally done done?
Could you help me I have a 2005 chrysler 300c good starter, no turn no start just clicks, fuses look alright, good battery/jumped, tried this trick didn’t get much results so I don’t believe it’s the switch, I tried jumping and switching out the starter fuse, also I’m getting sound from my fuel pump and I’m a bit stumped on what I should do next?
Awesome trick. Thanks for the tip. I went to look at a 2006 300c and tried to start with the Booster cable with the owner. But after turning the key to the start position all we got is that clicking noise..? Owner told me a mechanic came and told him it might be the starter? Obviously his battery is dead, i offer him 1250$ I would need to tow it to my house..to figure it out ? What's your opinion ?
OK so I have 07 c300 touring 3.5 liter v6 n it had air bag recall so I let them come to my house to change n I never started it after I went to jump it it tried to start it kept shutting off but It was turning over atleast now I went hot new battery lights will come on but it won't crank n I tried banging on n.the dash by the key held on but couldn't them changing air bags screwed something up m
Aye bro i changed the rocker arms on my 06 300 and put it back togerher n it cranked just a little bit then stopped now its just like that car? Would this work?
So my Chrysler 300 has a no crank no start issue, but hitting under the ignition didn’t get it to start. The only times I’ve gotten it to start is by jumping it from the starter relay and throwing gasoline to the throttle body
@@nestorautorepair Jumping the starter relay is only going to activate the starter. Like you said, something is either preventing the injectors from firing or the fuel pump from working. I would check and see if the fuel pump fuse is getting power. He should not have to use gas or starting fluid for the car to run.
Mine doesn't even light up or anything. I just happened to press down on all of my fuses, front, and the car started. I tried it again but it won't start. I have a remote starter that I had put on, could that be an issue?
