He complained about the lack of reasonable payment for the soldiers in the continental army (which Washington was working on but the new nation didn't have much money) and claimed that scene Washington was Commander in Chief and had a lot of power and prestige in the colonies he may as well be called king, or something similar to king. Washington was very opposed to that and responded with a letter calling his idea "the greatest michief that could befall my country". After that no one else really challenged washington's position on the matter. Ubisoft took that letter and condensed it into what you hear in the game and in my opinion it sounds REALLY FREAKING COOL! Both in real life and the game its one of the best George Washington moments! so the person he is talking to could be Colonel Lewis Nicola.

This ending shows the results of what he saw in the apple. That's my theory, please do not complain that its the worst ever made. Give better criticism.

It depends on the game. If I remember correctly; I'm using fraps in this video. To achieve this smooth video: the source video must be 60 fps, then render it to 30 fps with resample mode set to smart resample. The video will be blurry because of ghosting.
