      hi. earlier i recommended the krrish series. Now, here's the thing. The first movie in the trilogy is called - 'Koi Mil Gaya'. the second, is 'Krrish' and the third is called 'Krrish 3', coz technically 'krrish' is part 2. Y'all, this is the best movie trilogy in Indian cinema, for me. Please add this as soon as possible, to your watch list. He is the first Indian superhero and he's epic! y'all can watch a scene or so in RUclips to see what I'm taking about!

      The actors were actually only big & well known in Tollywood industry, which is a film industry based in the 2 Telugu speaking states of India, and to some extent in other neighboring Southern Indian states. They weren't all that well known outside that regions before this movie. The director on the other hand made a big name for himself across the country after his Baahubali films, which is one of the earliest films to gain major box office success across different languages & regions of India & basically kickstarted this phenomenon of "Pan-Indian films."
      India does not have a single major language or film industry, it has multiple. But the most prominent ones are Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, Bengali, Marathi, Punjabi, Gujarati, etc., all different languages with their own film industries based in different states where the language is spoken.

  • @TheHeroClass
    @TheHeroClass Год назад +157

    to my knowledge, both NTR Jr. and Ram Charan dubbed their lines for four languages Telugu, Hindi, Tamil and Kannada, so you don't miss much in the non native tongue. Only the English dub watchers miss out on the emotional performances of these 2.

    Just like USA, India is also an union of states. There are 28 States in India majorly divided on the basis of Languages spoken in that area, India has 22 official languages in its constitution. So unlike Hollywood as one English Film Industry, in India each state has its own Language Film Industry (F.I) making movies in states language like "Hindi", "Tamil", "Telugu", "Kannada" "Bengali" and "Malayalam" are some major Film Industries in India. "Hindi" film industry is the biggest in terms of size, coverage thus so more popular and also nicknamed as "Bollywood" as it was based in Bombay (Mumbai now). So Indian Film Industry is also an union of all these state film industries as one not just "Hindi (F.I)" aka Bollywood. This movie "RRR" is a Telugu Language film from Telugu Film Industry.

    This movie's visual storytelling has so many layers that it is hard to fathom all of them upon single viewing.
    For example: Raju is fire. But after arresting the rebel guy he washes his face with water. Meanwhile, Bheem is water, but after capturing the tiger he sits by the fire for comfort.
    Also, the scene where both heroes save the boy under the bridge you can see both of their elements were present (Fire and water).
    There are many more. Many aspects are taken from Indian Mythology. Many scenes are just visual poetry.

    At the climax that transformation of ram charan🔥🔥, many people thought that was sree ram's avatar, there are many indian purana's references to the movie for sure but its not only sree ram's avatar, it is also about the original look of Alluri seeta rama raju (the freedom fighter ram charan was playing), alluri seeta rama raju in history was well learnt man who wears those kashayam clothes fights with bow n arrows, probably the best archer india has ever had, he fought against britishers he got weapons n guns by attacking police stations n british camps, he used the same weapons to attack britishers with his trusted men... Even he was shot dead bybritishers in the freedom struggle... Legend says that britishers put around 100 bullets in his body n ruthlessly killed him... At the end of the film rajamouli showed ram n bheem in their original looks ram wearing kashayam clothes, with long hair n beard, bheem with a pagdi on his head n those clothes gond people used to wear...
    10) the final RRR fact, For the interval sequence with animals rajamouli shot for around 65 nights, each night they spent around 75lakhs for the shoot itself... In that interval sequence they had to imagine animals were there n fight accordingly, for that to happen n so that each n every background artist to be in sync with the CG animals rajamouli employed different tactics while shoot
    a) for bear they used a person wearing green blanket, since the movement of bear is slow similar to a human being...
    b)For shots with tiger, tiger moves much faster than humans, so they can't just place a human with green blanket, so rajamouli positioned laser lights following the head position of the tiger, so that camera man n actors can imagine the position of tiger n act accordingly.
    c) for wolves they used dogs which were trained to catch a ball, while shooting the sequence they randomly throw the balls in middle of men, so the dogs chase the balls, in that way rajamouli captured peoples reactions to wolves, later on during CG he replaced the dogs with wolves...
    d) for other fast moving animals like deers, they used remote controlled cars moving in between the actors....
    n many more...

    Who's gonna tell them 😂 it's not Bollywood. Why they are so dumb all the time. It's us all the time who knows about the west than western people. Bro India has 22 official language and almost every one of them have their own film industry. Biggest one is Bollywood -Hindi movies, Tollywood - Telegu ( has the largest film City in the world) , Mollywood - Malayalam, Kollywood - kannada, Tollywood - Bengali, Punjabi, bhojpuri, odisha, Assamese, Marathi, Hariyanvi etc....

    So for the dance scene they did cheat by using some CGI to put them perfectly in sync. that being said, they did do all the dancing themselves, it was more just for timing than anything.

    • @vijrever2770
      @vijrever2770 Год назад

      No the director and leads said that they practiced several times until they were in sync with the speed and angles as well. They didn’t admit to cgi for the dance portion. However they didn’t perform live at the Oscars which is a bit suspect.

      I thought that was more than obvious, but after reading some comments, it seems that some people actually believe it was exaggerated in this movie.
      It`s a shame that the majority of people know so little about history.
      This has always been humanity`s problem.
      Our ignorance about the past leads us to repeat the same mistakes.
