It is my understanding that brother/sister/mother etc. are used as much for respect/brotherhood as much for related family. Malli is not actually his sister, but a member of the tribe, and so is his sister.
Yupp that's correct, it's the same case in my country as well. We call people aunt/uncle, brother/sister, but it doesn't mean we're related to them. It can be a form of respect or simply addressing them in that way when you don't know a stranger's name
The slogan on the flag said Vande Mataram which directly means "I praise you, Motherland". This was a slogan that was started by freedom fighters which they got from a song written by Bankim Chandra Chatterjee in 1875. It was a great source of inspiration and power for both the freedom fighters who were being sentenced and the Indian people continuing to protest and fight. We still use this today to chant for India at any patriotic moment 🥰
You don't come to learn physics and mechanical engineering from a movie. **This movie is definition of GREAT STORYTELLING Which Hollywood has almost forgotten.**
Bheem is the sweetest guy, he's the healer, the protector, but he's also a force of nature, a warrior, capable of fighting tigers. Ram is Ram, he's a machine, a little scary, but he's fierce and hot af. Their friendship is so wholesome. My favorite part of RRR is their epic friendship and love for each other, it's so pure. People tend to be enamored of Ram because of his looks but I think Bheem can also get it. Loved your reaction.
Man Rajamouli did such a great work in RRR. Now I can't wait for him to make Mahabharat (his dream project). Mahabharat is our holy book and history. He said his initial plans are to make it a 10 parts saga. Just thrilled to witness our history in 10 parts on the big screen. It has got all the potential to beat lord of the rings series. In bahubali, the way he showed the lead characters, the drama, the action scenes were so top notch. But Mahabharat will go one step higher. The story is so huge that it may end up being a 15 part series. Just waiting to see my favourite characters Karna, arjun, bheema, duryodhana, bhishma, shakuni and especially lord Krishna.
Finally someone who understands! All my friends are Team Ram but I’m Team Bheem from start to finish. ❤😂 of course we’re all Team Friendship in the end. 😂
RE: sfx on the Naatu Naatu dance. I also watched the Corridor Crew video and I didn't see any mention of fixing the fx for that sequence. BUT from the interviews I watched of the actors and SS Rajamouli, Rajamouli insisted that they dance with so much precision that they had to do one dance sequence 17 takes just so they are in sync in every frame (YUP every frame). The actors reportedly lost weight during the shooting of the dance sequence LMAO
RRR is amazing. Not indian or of that descent so I'm no authority but basically Raju and Bheem were really revolutionary fighters. This film is entirely fictional and set in the period of time we are the least sure of their whereabouts. Basically imagine if a George Washington movie showed him as growing up as a street urchin before getting jacked and punching holes in British ships that's the level of fiction but it obviously doesn't matter. This is done way more in hong kong movies where everyone was playing super hero versions of real martial artists. The audience know its fictional but they know the archtype that historical person represents i.e. two guys that fought against the brits? well why don't we see them fucking demolish them!

Also, speaking as someone from Scotland, please remember it wasn't the English (or rather, wasn't just the English) who were rampaging through India, both Scots and Irish folk were also taking part in the rapacity and tyranny. This may seem pedantic, but there are plenty of folk who, while championing nationalist causes so as to not be part of Britain (a good thing) are happy to cast off all trespasses against the colonized lands as something monopolized by the English (a bad thing). Glasgow, the biggest city in Scotland and where I spent about 10 years of my life was built on the triangle trade and tobacco from the slave plantations of America, but you'd be hard pressed to see a distinct acknowledgement of how the city capitalized from that monstrosity.
@@samovarsa2640 Probably the reason to call it English and not 'British' was because Indian masses usually associated the colonialists with their language (English or 'Angrezi' in Hindi). Whites of any country are called 'Angrez'/Englishmen to this day in India.

Just little cues are so effective, such as when Bheem hears Jenny mention Mallie. It hits the emotional pitch perfectly. Or when Ram lassos Bheem on the balcony, how the music changes from frenetic action to choral epic.
TROLL BABA has arrived

Britishers wrote “Dogs and Indians not allowed” on a board outside their establishments. The movie shows but only few glimpses of how cruel they were

You guys are great. I just got out of the military and wish I had buddies like y'all. This reaction is a good example of positive masculinity and friendship.
I can’t believed I missed you guys watching “Indian Gigachads: the movie”.
Apart from:
-The Rawalpindi experiments where unethical human experiments were carried out by British scientists from Porton Down on hundreds of Indian soldiers
-Torturing even the non-violent freedom fighters
-Approximately 15 millions died from 1850 to 1899 in 24 major artificial famines deliberately created by British Govt. more than in any other 50-year period in the half-century between 1871-1921.
-Forceful Opium production which is very harmful for soil condition
-Jallianwala Bagh massacre in 1919 where 1500+ innocent children women and men were open fired in enclosed space, the General Dyer later boasting of his deed and even awarded by British Govt. later on.
-Looting approximately 45 Trillion worth
-Breaking hands/ thumbs of weavers destroying the Indian Handloom to promote British produced goods.
-Stealing various artifacts and Shamelessly displaying in the British Museum and uncountable atrocities
apart from that the Empire of Filth were "comically" shown less evil in movie
I love watching you guys just absolutely lose your minds over this film! 😂👌
Also Watch Baahubali 1 & 2, EEGA from the Same director, they are as good as RRR, you will love it

1:03 There are MUCH more than 2 indian movie industries:
- BOLLYWOOD in Mumbai (Hindi language)
- TOLLYWOOD in Hyderabad (TELUGU language)
- TOLLYWOOD in Kolkata (BENGALI language)
- KOLLYWOOD in Chennai (TAMIL language)
- MOLLYWOOD in Kerala (Malayalam language)
- SANDALWOOD in Bangladore (Kannada language)
I am so glad I'm not the only one who thought the production company logo was the actual movie XD
Bromance ja very common in India male friendship is veru important the west may feel lile homosexual but its not even in normal vlose frnds esp in rural parts
For the clip you played after mentioning Ajay Devgan as Ram's father in flashback, 02:35 , you should've mentioned it as "Mr Chiranjeevi, Ram's father in Real life" because he is. 😄
Lmao that's the second reactor who's said they've gotten Javert vibes from Ram's character. Hilarious.
Love your energy guys and reactions awesome.
Love that you guys are enjoying it so much.. great reaction guy's love it 🙌🏽
Ram is the son of the guy who slid underneath the truck using a horse..😂
There are many film Industries in India. Not just two. It's because unlike most other countries, people from different states in India speak different languages. So there is a movie Industry for each language.
