Hello first time watching your video. When I work was up between 4 am and 4:30 am for 30 years. Now being Retired I get up between 6/7 am . So what I did at 4:30 am gave myself couple hours before working at home. Stretch 10 minutes Read a book 10 minutes Meditation 10 minutes total 1/2 hour every day. I still do the same thing being retired except it’s late I did my years getting up 4 am thanks
This video and your account deserves SO much more appreciation and recognition! This was perfectly said, and even now (at 5:13am) you’ve easily kept my attention fully the entire video! 😂 👍 I’ve been waking up around 3:00am-4:30am for work the past three weeks (I start at 7 am sharp & walk to work.) When I was in high school I would wake up around 4:30-5amish as well in order to feel like I got some comfortable me-time in before the busy school day; and wholeheartedly agree that (with a healthy amount of sleep included of course) it is the BEST feeling waking up before the world seems to. It’s the feeling of freedom and peace of mind that only continues to motivate me to be more productive during this time.
@robin: For a long time (like 5 years) I am taking really seriously to wake up at 5AM. About 20/20/20, I faced with some problems such as: Vipassana meditation leads to meditator to medidate for an hour (not 20 min) or about running, I need 15 min to walk (to warm up) and them 1 hour running. so is it ok to have it in that way? maybe it is pitty, however, my mourning routine takes 5 hours in sum: am I doing something wrong?
5 am is crazy, I already wake up at 6 am cause work starts at 7. This doesn’t work. By 9 am i am tired. And getting back at home at 3 pm doesn’t help , this book is for people who are in la la land and don’t have demanding jobs
You do, because waking up while everyone else is still asleep makes you far more productive and calm in that first hour than you will get in the rest of the day!

What time do you sleep ? How much sleep overall ?
@@swapnilverma9832 I am at bed by 10 pm, I sleep at 10:30 pm and wake up 5:45 or 6.
@@OTommy81 I also experience same issue when I wake up early and workout .. what worked for me is high protein breakfast.. and intermittent fasting.
You should go to bed early. Just count getting 8 hours sleep. If you want to wake up at 5 AM, you should go to bed at 9 PM.
Sounds like great excuses
I’m not sure how this is meant to work? Assuming you sleep the same amount, say 8 hours, you don’t gain any time by moving your sleep schedule around.
