I've got the Enzo. After about 1.5 years, the shaft stops being floppy and stands up on its own. They get a great depth of color. Because they are lighter weight and soft, they are my warm/hot weather go to engineer. I've been fairly hard on them and the deerskin is is really tough. Do note though, you have to put them on more like a thick wool sock, kind of moving/working your foot into them, unlike a harder structured engineer where you kind of pull on and drop in.
Damn son. Methinks you were kinda shiftfaced when you started the video. Anyways, awesome boots and well done video as always.
Maybe it is filmed in reverse?
The deerskin one are amazing. Got a chance to try them on and one day I’ll suck it up and fork out $1500.
Btw, those devil causeway are lined with horsehide, not goatskin which is crazy build
Thats like 5 grand worth on the table alone, sheesh. Lovely boots
Amazing overview, Dale! Hope these engineers go to wonderful homes! Anyone with sizing questions, etc. let me know! 🎉
If only these were 11/11.5 😂
@@greyhoundTex Tex you would have to fight me over them. 👊🏻
I should get a pair of engineers. Great video
Dale, Give me that website….
I am a US 7 EE brannock, do you think the 7D in this Last can fit me?
It might be a tad snug width wise for you.
I think they would! If you wear redwings in 7D comfortably these would be the same
I just got fully double boosted.
You’re not on your 8th by now? Cretinous! 😂
Dark cherry for that colour is almost certainly a typo error. Or the guy who named it has no clue what dark cherry means.
John Lofgren engineer boots are well made but lack all of the beauty that brands like Role Club, Briselblack, and Mister Freedom capture. Silouhette is important with engineer boots and for the price, there isn't much to be desired aesthetically with a pair of John Lofgren's that you couldn't get from a pair of Wesco's Mister Lou at nearly half the price.
If you're going to spend this much I suggest people look into the Indonesian engineer boot makers - they're better looking, well made, and the prices are typically under $1,000.
