You said you had invested all your resources burned all your funds to go to Argentina and not any other country in the first video, trust me there can't be a better decision than this. You have created history Eli, the best ever documentary on 2022 WC which even FIFA or Netflix couldn't produce you & your Copa90 team have done that. Vamos Argentina🇦🇷

I m a Nepali boy and big big Messi Argentina fan .this documentary is larger than life hats off to everyone involved in this beautiful documentary.Memories of lifetime #vamos Argentina vamos Messi gracias
I'm Bangladeshi. I experienced my first heartbreak during the worldcup '06 when Argentina lost against Germany in the penalty shootout. I was six years old and crying so much after the match. My Dad hugged me and consoled me. I cried the same after the final in worldcup '22. My dad hugged me again. But this time, the reason was completely different. That final completed my cycle as an Argentina football fan.
You are our brothers in Banglasesh. You were so important to us, to our national team, your support was paramount for the achievement of the world cup, as others trophies. We in Argentina always knew we had a lot and lots of people cheering besides us... GRACIAS TOTALES HERMANOS!!!!!!!!
Thank you my friend. We believe the thousands of people cheering either for Messi or Argentina had a lot to do with the final result. We could feel your warmth and support throughout the tournament. ❤
To the team responsible for this series: Go. Retire. Take the trip, buy the beach house, do whatever you’ve dreamt of. You have made far more than your contribution to the universe and you should be proud of yourself for gripping the hearts of so many like me with this series. It will be watched for centuries
American living in Cordoba here. The living that WC hre was one of the mot amazing experiences of my life. Cant quite put it to words but this video does an extraordinary job. I'm all choked up...Again. Aguante Argentina. Forever
I’ve been watching Copa 90 for many years now. As with a lot of people here, waiting for this particular episode was quite nerve racking. A so now I must say this: This is the apex of what Eli has managed to contribute to the alternative football scene. I sincerely want to thank him for bringing into light the most beautiful side of this wonderful phenom we call football. This episode is not about the sport, it’s a sociological exploration of a country, and the extent to which football can move its population. Football will always belong to the people. Congratulations to everyone involved in this wonderful project.
I am Argentinian and football is overrated. Just a cheap passing emotion which is compared to eating a good chocolate or having an orgasm. I wish we could channel that passion for a greater cause. But no. It's always cheering for a bunch of rich people kicking a ball. Oh well...
@@DepressedCapitalist true, but, have you asked yourself why that is? “Why do I get so f#%n emotional over some stupid game that’s not gonna fix my day to day problems, I mean this players won’t pay my rent, nothing in my life is gonna change weather they win or loose. So why is it that it hits us so deep??? I hate football for that exact reason, because I’m Argentinian and I live far away from my culture, and every time my team platense plays I can’t help it to curse aloud or yell at the tv or sometimes even cry, like recently when platense came back to the first division. Ask yourself that question and see what you come up with, personally I don’t think is a cultural thing, I think is a human thing, a condition, and I hate it, but I cannot change it, and neither can you
@@urimacchiavello698 Yo tambien soy Argentino. I've asked that question many times. The answer is always the same. And it's ugly. Whether we like it or not, we are controlled by a simple sport. We have put all our passion into a fruitless sport. We have been living worse and worse since the return of democracy. All governments fuc... us, old citizens are dying, poverty keeps rising, insecurity is rampant, the cost of living is outrageous, high prices make essential things accesible only to a few. And yet, we don't complain. We keep paying taxes and watching football. Governments know we are sheep. The last time we were all in the streets was not to complain about how we live and force authorities to do something. No, it was in the obelisco to celebrate a football game. We are cursed with the fruitless, insignificant passion of football.
Wow. What a journey this documentary itself was. Experienced all the emotional rollercoaster once again, every second of this is absolutely the best. Thank you so much for bringing this to us. And Messi, you adorable feisty man ❤🇳🇵
Así es la vida. Lloramos cuando perdemos, lloramos cuando ganamos. Pero nunca dejamos de intentarlo. Siempre de frente y adelante. Plata y miedo nunca tuvimos.
47:43 This great guy came to my country, to witness a unique moment of football history. Takes the time to speak with us, to share his life with us, and suddenly he encounter an strange lonely lady in the streets, praying to God for an Argentina victory, she looks like being completly alone among a crowded Corrientes Avenue, and him, not only offer hers a warm hug, he also speak to her in spanish and said "por favor, por favor, por favor", so she can understand that he is there with her. You made me cry man, thanks for being here, you are always gonna be welcomed in Argentina. You took the words out of my mouth, im speechless.
I wish you could have been here in Bangladesh during the World Cup. You would be amazed by the passion, emotion, and love people here have for the Argentina National Football Team. Although we are not one nation, the joy and connection we feel when Argentina wins is incredible, and we genuinely love the team from the bottom of our hearts. When Argentina won the World Cup in 2022, Bangladesh went wild with celebrations across the country. People here have been rooting for Argentina and Messi, from the Maradona generation to the present. We grew up hearing stories of Maradona's greatness from our grandparents, and we witnessed Messi reaching paradise in 2022. Vamos Argentina! Love from Bangladesh. 🇦🇷❤🇧🇩
I am from the Philippines and my country is not a football nation but there are few of us who love the game. This was the best football game i have seen. My family and I are so happy for Argentina and Messi! Congratulations Argentina!
I am a Brazilian guy with an Argentinian father from Rosario, I grew up on Barça, Ronaldinho and subsequently Messi, I always admired Argentina for exactly their way of being, I truly rooted for Argentina to win the World Cup because Messi is Messi, and Argentina is Argentina - and I can also give you the excuse that my father was born in Rosario, the cradle of football - I am so happy for them to have won it and for Messi to have won it, I actually cried of joy for you, because of you, Argentina, Messi, and your way is intoxicating! And this was the best 4-part documentary I've ever watched in my life! Congrats COPA90! It was worth the two-year wait/work! God bless!
As An Indian, this was something else. That day the world stood still to support a Country most have never even visited. The true power and Love for Messi ! ❤
I m from Greece. Congratulations for the documentary. Incredible fillm with authentic feelings. Best wishes to the Argentinian people. Thank you Argentina for D10S and thank you for Messi. Viva Argentina!!
i have never cried about another country's success as i had done in 2022 and now again today. incredible film and this has to win awards for journalism. this is unbelievable on all levels. Great work Eli and the team. What a fucking story
I'm half Irish/Argentine but grew up in Ireland and never got the chance to visit Argentina until February 2023, but the euphoria two months after the World Cup was still in the air even then. Diego will always be no1 for me but I was so happy for Messi to lead Argentina to victory in a team that honestly wasn't as good as prior teams in terms of overall talent (2002 and 2006 for example had much better players), and for what it meant to the Argentine people in light of economical struggle. What a documentary, superb work by Copa 90.
I am from Bangladesh. 🇧🇩 Been supporting Argentina since 98 when I watched Batistuta score a hat trick against Jamaica. It's hard to explain in words what it meant for me when finally the team I've been supporting for all these years finally became the world champion. After all the tragedies (that's how it felt to me) in the previous world cups, I was beginning to think that Argentina will always remain one of football's tragic nations. But thank God for making me believe again. It's like a mountain has been shifted from my chest and I am ever grateful to God for that. I can tell from the people around me of my generation that support Argentina, they feel exactly the same way. It's like we can start over again. We don't have to be bogged down by the weight of the serial tragedies and underachievements anymore. There's fairness in this world after all. Argentina is not just a football team to us, it's indeed a feeling. We feel it the same way in Buenos Aires and thousands of kilometers away in Dhaka. The physical distance means nothing. The language of love and passion for Argentina remains the same. Vamos Argentina!!! ❤
How can you not be a fan of Argentina after this... Not be a fan of messi... the pain... the suffering... the passion... This was truly once in a lifetime... And believe it or not... All Diego fans... All Argentina fans... all around the world celebrated their victory like our own!! 🙌🏼
I am from India but on December 18th 2022, when Argentina won the World Cup I cried my eyes out for Argentina and for Messi. That was the best day in 2022 for me. I still get chills even thinking about it. Watching Messi lift the World Cup was more just a victory in football. VAMOS 🇦🇷
I lived in Argentina for nearly 10 years, loved every moment, the people are so warm and welcoming it's so easy to make friends and fall in love with everything about Argentina. I am now living outside of Argentina and was so happy for the country and my Argentinian friends when they won this world cup.
this is probably the best football documentary i have ever seen. such a beautiful presentation. the ups and down of emotions happened in game . i relieved it. Thank you. From the himalayas
Most thrilling documentary i've ever watched! I will never forget the nightmare in 2014 which turned into the happiest night in 2022! I may not be an Argentinian but i feel the same emotion for Argentina. Take love from Bangladesh 🇧🇩🇧🇩🇧🇩
Love from a Bulgarian man here that has always been a Barca fan supporting Messi in every competition possible. This video and the past ones brought me to tears so manny times because it has allowed the Argentinian people to finally show their love for Messi after he grabbed the Word cup by the scruff of the neck and brought back the world cup for his people. This video has also shown me how emotional the people of Argentina are and has shown me how passionate people are about the game that I love. I remember the 2014 final and the heartbreak that i had then even at the age of 10 back then it was my first world cup that i had actively watched and I didn’t realise how hard it would actually be to get to the world cup final. The 2018 world cup elimination had me crying again, they were tears that I couldn’t explain to my friends and my mum because they don’t watch football and dont understand how emotional and passionate I am about this game. I was truly happy when Messi finally won an international trophy for Argentina in 2021 but I couldn’t imagine what was about to go down at the 2022 world cup. I love this sport and Argentina forever. Love from Bulgaria ❤❤🇦🇷🇧🇬
I am a Costa Rican journilst and avid supporter for Argentina and Lionel Messi. The production, dedication and level of passion demonstrated on this four part documentary is insane. I can only say thank you with tears on my eyes remembering this beautiful moment. GRACIAS MESSI GRACIAS ARGENTINA ⚽️❤️🇦🇷
When Argentina played France in the final, I couldn't even bear to watch it. I was ecstatic when Argentina won, despite not having any personal connection to the country. It wasn't only Argentina, Messi, Scaloni and the Argentinian people who won - it was football as a whole. Many heartfelt wishes from Dinamarca!
This is by far the best 'raw' sport series I have ever watched, telling the greatest football story of the greatest world cup and the greatest football player I have ever witnessed!! I just couldn't hold back my tears at certain moments! Beautifully made with the utmost respect for the game we all love!! Congratulations!! From Cyprus with love!! ❤⚽🇨🇾
As a Bangladeshi, I couldn't have been happier. I was waiting for this day from 2010, since i was 10 years old. Talking about superstition, everyone was doing everything they can. I was also the same, even though i am an engineering student and believe in science and logic, i did not wear the Argentine jersey for a whole month because the first match they lost, i was wearing one. When i stopped wearing, they kept winning. So yeah, looks like it worked😂. Anyway, very happy to see Bangladesh being loved so much in Argentina and also the fact that it showed up in this video. We love you all.
in my 21 years of age, this is by far the best documentary i have ever watched. they won the world cup two years ago but somehow i can still feel the hype, the goosebumps, everything. 18th December 2022 ❤ love from Malaysia 🇲🇾
As a french i was very sad the day of the final But when I see how much this Cup has brought to argentinan who have suffered so much during these last year it make me realize that they needed this cup way more than we did Actually I was really happy for Messi also he deserved to win this cup for his country
I’m from India and for that day I was Argentinian, rooting for messi rooting for Argentina. It was joy night mare and joy again, what a day it was for football Vamos Argentina Vamos Messi.
Soy argentino. 🇦🇷
Merci. What life is all about is summed up in this documentary. An hour of tears reliving the suffering that was this final, the days which preceded it and the week which followed. It was not the emotion of victory, but that of “no more suffering”. All the Argentine people deserved this victory more than anyone else, unlike in some countries where football is only a month-long pastime for the general public. Even today, this success carries me, for the Argentines and for Messi. And yet, I am French. Pero nunca entenderán. This love is eternal.
I’m from Pakistan and was studying in Sweden at the time. I’ve been an Argentina fan since my father told me about Maradona and 86 as he heard it on radio. I suffered with the team in 06’ 10’ 11’… 2014 hurt the most. But in a small Swedish city of Uppsala in a small bar surrounded by French students I remember weeping like a child on my knees & the best part two people (one from india and other a South American) came to hug me i didn’t know any of them. Then I called my dad and told him… you told me about maradona 86 I’ll tell my kids about Messi and 22. Thank you Copa 90 for this beautiful documentary
Beautiful. As a football fanatic 80’s child, obsessed with Diego, and having a deep love for Argentina even though I’m Irish because of Diego, and Argentina, and our mutual history against the British empire, this World Cup was an emotional quest of destiny, I cried when Argentina won, and this made me cry again, 🇮🇪 ❤️ 🇦🇷
as an Egyptian guy who loves Argentina so much you make cry again since December 18 , this is the best Football documentary has been ever made , all the love in the world the great nation Argentina , so much love to you .
What a brilliant series absolutely loved it. I'm Irish and the link between us and Argentina is amazing. Maradona was an idol of mine growing up. Now its the wee man. You couldn't write it Vamos Argentina 🇮🇪🇦🇷
You made mi cry out of Pure Emotion , my heart was beating and my tears were flowing because I love Argentina since I was a Kid , I was not born in Argentina but I love Argentina and their culture , Their Friendship and their People , I’m making plans to move to such a wonderful and Spectacular place , and above all I love the Argentinian People , I love you ARGENTINA, my heart is one MORE Argentinian beating Heart❤
I’m not even Argentinian, but watching this video has overwhelmed me with emotion, bringing me to tears. Argentina and Messi truly deserved to win the World Cup-not only because of their history with two previous titles but because their victory in 2022, in such a dramatic and thrilling manner, was extraordinary. The people of Argentina and fans worldwide endured incredible tension and heart-stopping moments throughout the match. Messi solidified his status as the GOAT, but Emi Martínez delivered the save of a lifetime in the dying minutes of extra time, denying Kolo Muani’s golden opportunity, along with another brilliant stop during the penalty shootout. In 1986, Diego Maradona relied on Jorge Burruchaga and José Luis Brown to secure the win against West Germany. Similarly, Messi needed Emi Martínez and Di María to seal their triumph as the champions of the FIFA 2022 World Cup.
You don't see the sociological problems of these people!?! The hive mind mentality and borderline psychosis! This country would never be ready to compete in the 21st century! Countries are moving onto AI, space travel, quantum computing, and robotics. And these people are willing to shoot each other for a soccer match! Don't you worry how easy can be distracted, manipulated and deceived just by a soccer ball because they think they can't compete on anything else!? Doesn't that worry you!?
I'm an Argentinean living abroad. I had an epiphany while sleeping in July 2022 about us winning this world cup. So I booked myself a ticket to Argentina 1 day before the 1st game and then different flights to visit my family and friends in other provinces to share every match with them. I can't explain how emotional this time was for me. After many years living abroad I've just been living the dream of, not just winning the world cup and celebrating it with my love ones, but also to experience a reality of my country that I've never seen before. Just likd you did, I have just hugged completely strangers on the streets of Buenos Aires. 2 weeks after that final the streets of Buenos Aires were like Disneyland, Narnia... everyone smiling and with wet eyes everywhere. I came back to Europe, where I live, with my suitcase full of the most beautiful memories I could ever had, because football is not just a ball being kicked by 22 players but the backbone of the Argentinean culture. Gracias Dios (Diego y Leo) por haberme hecho argentino. 🇦🇷
Gracias!!
I have never cried so much in my life. After the final penalty, we had the greatest memories of our lives. Messi, Messi, Messi. Champions of the world. It was the greatest final, the greatest game, the greatest team. Love from Bangladesh.
What a great movie about the best thing in the world. As a german, i know that feelings. Thx for all that great views on that special moment! Viva Argentina!
This is the most epic documentary that I've seen about Argentina winning the world cup, I was pretty young when Maradona won the World cup, so as an Argentine fan I lived all my life waiting for this moment. This doc. brings so many memories and emotions. I loved it. Greetings from the Mediterranean shores of Tripoli. Thank you so much ❤❤
Almost all the Nepalese people were celebrating Argentina's world cup win, especially messi's win. What a dramatic win it was, still feels goosebumps remembering that final. Love from the land of mount Everest, Nepal.
EPIC! Absolutely brilliant series - I welled up and I’m English! I remember that tournament, I cheered on Argentina, for Messi, for the fans, what a win and what a set of videos that captures it all oh so well!
Thank you for this, Eli and COPA90's team. I'm supporting Argentina since i was a kid who fall in love to this game, and idolizing Batistuta. Many heartbreak since then, but two years ago finally its payed. Best "football" day of my life. Many stress, anxious, crying, and happiness in one night. Thank you, Argentina. I love you forever 🤍🩵 from Indonesia 🇮🇩
I've been watching Eli and Copa90 for 12 years. I have loved everything that Eli has made. But this series is, without hyperbole, the greatest piece of football journalism I have ever consumed. I have never watched anything that has made me feel the range of emotions that this series did. The 2 year wait for this series was absolutely worth it. Eli, THANK YOU for sharing your passion and your gift of football storytelling with us.
Being a Bangladeshi & hardcore Argentina-Messi fan it was nothing I can compare with. When France equalized and made it 3-3, I felt like my soul left my body. It was only prayer to almighty God and that's it. "If you've written it for Argentina then, Only then we'll be champions" ; My prayers were accepted and we finally won! I don't know where my voice went after we won but I can remember only tears while hugging my mom & saying, "Football has paid it's debt, It's complete now" !! Glory to God. Alhamdulillah! #VamosArgenina #LoveFromBangladesh #VamosMessi 💌
Supporting Argentina since 1994 with my first match Argentina vs. Greece. Since then, many heart breaks. But finally, the dream was fulfilled. Thank you, Messi.

To the team responsible for this series: Go. Retire. Take the trip, buy the beach house, do whatever you’ve dreamt of. You have made far more than your contribution to the universe and you should be proud of yourself for gripping the hearts of so many like me with this series. It will be watched for centuries
Big love from Albania. Supported ever since the days of Maradona and will support to the end of time🇦🇷🇦🇱
Thanks bro ❤
Thanks brother! Argentina awaits you with open arms!
American living in Cordoba here. The living that WC hre was one of the mot amazing experiences of my life. Cant quite put it to words but this video does an extraordinary job. I'm all choked up...Again. Aguante Argentina. Forever
lol i am a Cordobes living in USA, and i saw the entire WC here.
I’ve been watching Copa 90 for many years now. As with a lot of people here, waiting for this particular episode was quite nerve racking. A so now I must say this:
This is the apex of what Eli has managed to contribute to the alternative football scene.
"Football will always belong to the people"

Thank you! We respect Croatia a lot, great opponent and brave people
Not Argentinian. Not even a massive football fan. But watched this with tears in my eyes. Thank you.

SALUDOS MAESTRO

Mabuhay! Vamos Pilipinas
I am a Brazilian guy with an Argentinian father from Rosario,
I grew up on Barça, Ronaldinho and subsequently Messi,
I always admired Argentina for exactly their way of being,
I truly rooted for Argentina to win the World Cup because Messi is Messi, and Argentina is Argentina
- and I can also give you the excuse that my father was born in Rosario, the cradle of football -
I am so happy for them to have won it and for Messi to have won it,
I actually cried of joy for you, because of you, Argentina, Messi, and your way is intoxicating!
And this was the best 4-part documentary I've ever watched in my life!
Congrats COPA90! It was worth the two-year wait/work!
God bless!

i have never cried about another country's success as i had done in 2022 and now again today. incredible film and this has to win awards for journalism. this is unbelievable on all levels.
Alexis Mcallister???
I am from Bangladesh. 🇧🇩
Been supporting Argentina since 98 when I watched Batistuta score a hat trick against Jamaica. ❤
Incredible set of films 👏 tears of joy for the Argentinian people from an English man

Thanks dear friend and brother

OMG you are great! Thanks for being one of us ❤🇦🇷 , regards from Argentina.

Why am I still crying after two years . Its so well made. Well done copa90.
Beautiful story, sending a hug from Argentina

I have supported Argentina since 1990 and this was great after all the heart breaks
Magical lots of love to 🇦🇷 from 🏴
Viva William Wallace!!!! Viva Robert Bruce!! Muerte a inglaterra!!!!!
