As a filmmaker I KNOW how long this video took to film and edit, let alone how much effort the idea took by itself.... huge shoutout to you and keep doing what you're doing!! The attention to detail, like even making the beat drop when you chop a vegetable or cut to a different yoga pose matched to the beat is super impressive and something I almost never see from creators. I lke how you still incorporated the natural sugars like fruit (in a balanced way). The processed sugar is what really does it. Also love how you had a nutritionist friend to help out! She spoke so eloquently and was very informative

I loved this video so much, and I deeply respect the amount of work and effort you put into it, it really shows, it's incredibly professional (like how you included your dietitian friend's advice)!! I have no idea how you only have 337 subscribers, but what I'm sure of is that your content will blow up. You deserve to be discovered and seen!! I was hesitant at first to click on the video because I find myself triggered by diet trends, but this whole video had such a calming, positive essence, there wasn't any restriction to it all you know. I can relate to your feeling about being under the pressure of diet trends. And this is what I actually want to avoid. I want to be realistic about showing my life just the way it is.
I believe you can create your own content. The hardest part is the first step. I'm editing in Adobe Premiere Pro on my laptop. Sometimes I use mobile app called VN, when I edit short videos for my Instagram stories. Let me know if you need any piece of advice regarding editing, I'd be glad to help you!

Even with the ups and downs, I can see how determined you were. It's crazy the reliance our bodies have on sugar when we let it get out of control. It's like quitting a drug!! Ahhhh!

Thank you for your comment! I actually did lose a little of weight during this challenge. But I guess it was mostly water, cause sugar and salt keep more liquid in body. Your advise is helpful! Thanks 🙂
