This video dropped at such perfect timing for me because for weeks I've been trying to cut out sugar but couldn't bring myself to start doing it! Thank you for sharing your experience, it's good to know that there are people who also struggle with this. This video now gave me a push to start cutting sugar too! Thank you! I'll know that I won't be doing it alone.
i remember i had to do a no sugar diet (for health reasons) and now i don't eat sugar that much anymore but i remember when i first cut out sugar I got so dizzy i nearly fainted simply cause my body ran on sugar instead of proper energy yk? I got headaches and I was soooo tired but now if i genuinely want something sweet I go for 90% dark chocolate! cutting sugar out was defo a life saver
Did a month off sugar in January, and my week one experience was similar. Wish I'd never started eating it again as now I'm right back where I started - buuuut my goal was to do 3 months off in total this year and this video was great inspo for the next one which I'd better do soon...
anna i have been watching you since 4 years and you are literally my favourite creator. Although this is the first time im commenting. I'm loving these series sm. Much love to you
i tried doing a non sugar diet like a month ago, but i actually failed in just three days. those three days were so hard, i felt really dizzy, and i just felt the need of eating sugar. i thought the fruits would solve the problem but the craving was so bad. i am a person who also loves sugar and eat sugar every single day, so i can relate to this so much! btw i love your editing!! 🫶❤
I'm considering cutting sugar too. I noticed recently that I crave sugar so much and as you said it doesn't need to be sweets. Sugar can be found in savoury foods too. I am planning a sugar detox for myself. And I can't wait to see your progress. 😊
Anna, I've been watching you since you were in high school posting those productive study vlogs, and it's been so amazing to watch your growth through the years. You have been motivating me in my own journey as well. Thank you for your videos❤️
Girl I'm commenting before I watch it. I was waiting for the second episode. So excited. I watched the trailer and first episode multiple times to motivated myself daily. I also started doing things to live my dream life this week and I started small and I have never in my life been this consistent, like my habit tracker is glowing 😂😂 Continue this series, we're rooting for you Anna (also getting some motivation and tips) ❤❤
i did a month of no sugar this february, but honestly didn't get as good of results as i wish i would've. this video gave me motivation to try it again though, and also to mark my progress better this time too!
Heyyy, I loved that episode ! I'm very proud of you for no sugar challenge ! I wanted to say that this episode encourage me to search dishes that contains vegetables and that I could enjoy. Cuz tbh, I don't eat enough of them lol Looking forward for the next episode !
I’m loving these series but i thought she was going to continue to show the habits from week one into week two. To like see how she is doing with those too.
the first few days might be a little difficult but you'll feel AMAZING after. I'm on day 10 right now and considering to keep this going for much longer
Hello! I did a no added sugar diet during 6 months a few years ago and eat quite reduced sugar amounts since then. If you want to reduce added sugar the easiest is to focus on natural food, which mean you would find as such in nature. For example fruits, vegetables, rice, beans, nuts (and also milk or meat if you eat those) etc. You would find all of them as such in the nature, right? Everything which is not to be food as such in nature and has been transformed to a product by humans such as pizza, pasta, transformed cereals (like kellogs cereals), drinks at Starbucks and Co, yogurts, etc. contains added sugar. Which means basically you will need to cook more because you use raw products (vegetables, fruits etc), which can be the annoying part if you don't have time or don't like cooking. Maybe look for ideas of recipes in advance to make it easier when you are doing your sugar free diet. For breakfast, I recommend to do your own porridge (already prepared porridge from the supermarket has added sugar!). It's quite easy and very nice! You just need oatmeal (or similar if you eat gluten free). And you can customise it with the fruits and nuts you want! I wish you good luck! 🎉
I’m on day 10 ! Weirdly enough , i was craving pasta more than chocolate during the first days, and I still am to be honest ! The only thing that keeps me going is knowing that I’m only doing this for only a month haha
100% durum pasta doesn't have added sugar in it. Also a lot of other food you mention cutting out don't contain added sugar. You can't lose weight from 'inflammation'. U can lose water, fat and muscle mass mainly - water and carbon dioxide on the chemical level. (Weight loss can reduce overall inflammation levels though) I agree with lowering refined sugar as much as possible and don't want to discredit any personal experience or feelings, but pls be more mindful with scientific information you're spreading
When you said you craving for pasta i was shic shac shoc because girl you can find pesto without sugar and eat it! I could not see my live without макарошек 💔
I eat chocolates so much in one binge. Four whole milk chocolates...and then I get burning in my belly. Would you suggest me something more healthy to eat rather than chocolate? 🌼 Sending you lots of lovely wishes.💗
this video especially hits me cause i have a sugar addiction too, and i'm trying to quit it, thanks for posting this, it makes me feel like i'm not alone 🫂

Treat any dietry change like a drug withdrawal, plan a week off, rest, take a lot of medication and water.
Everytime I watch your videos I feel so much better
You give off that unique vibe and your whole aesthetic is inspiring to me and so many others 🫶🏻

the first few days might be a little difficult but you'll feel AMAZING after. I'm on day 10 right now and considering to keep this going for much longer
Sounds like candida. Which is an overgrowth of yeast. You should do your research on it if you never heard of it
I think it must be 🥺 I've heard of it but haven't committed to the candida yet but definitely want to try that out in the future
Can you please elaborate on what product you cut out from your diet?
