Sorry dad
I second this
Easy boys. Love you's all equally.
Heading Fraser and Moreton with the new camper trailer build. Full 12v setup but no monitor so that would be unreal!
Also big advocate for welded front diff 😂
Coming together so good mate 🙌💪
Can’t wait to hear these whirly birds spinning
Only trip planned is to Fraser for a fishing trip, don’t have a decent battery set up yet as my old ute blew up so in a new truck and still in the process of kitting it out
Can’t wait to see this thing done! Gonna look sick as!
Dunno exactly know where the next trip will be. Happy to be go anywhere. Been waiting on my new Ute for 2 months and it’s almost here. And completely grandad spec so going to have to build it up again. First thing getting done is a bull bar and dual battery system to be able to put the canopy back on
Been working on my 100 series land cruiser since last year, going on a trip out west then down to the snowies then back out to Bermagui to visit my older brother. The redarc would absolutely top things off now since ive just installed my rear setup.
I got some Vic high country trips with the young fella comin up. He got the camping bug, loves it
My next trip is going to be my first lap of Aus, I’ve got over 300+ places and have started an insta to vlog the adventures, there will be well known tracks and some that have never been recorded! Keep up the work and can’t wait to see this project finished! 😊
Another awesome episode mate! Looking forward to seeing it all done and what you come up with for the next big build.
The family and I are headed up to warra station in April and I’m doing a new canopy build. The Redarc gear could go very well in the canopy 👍🏼
Great eps building something unique. Good work on the more detailed videos.
Who doesn't need more redarc gear!
Loving the build!
Recently got a n70 building it up as a tourier to go on trips with the kids. Frazer is on top of the list 👌🏻
Can't wait to see this finished
Cant wait to see this thing in action
Next trip will be to Kenilworth bit of Camping and explore the local tracks. Have a decent 12V Setup I have put together but no Monitor as yet. This would be Mint!
Cracking work on the xc, organising a pub crawl atm in northeast qld area.
Keep up the great work lads.
If you want to listen out for engine noises at startup etc , buy yourself a set of Electronic Shooting Headphones , < 92bd gets amplified >92bB gets blocked. Great for working around/on all sorts of electro mechanical devices with noisy exhausts.
You can hear the hammer fall on a single action .45LC revolver when shooting live ammo (no bang) or hammer & slide cycle on a 1911 pistol.
Not sure of the exact dB rating but its usually around there , China sells em cheap.
You may run into rego trouble with those Aluminium spacers you have fit to each wheel/axle. I would like to see the rego process in QLD , this model XC has to be
ADR 27a compliant.
New subscription. I see some US friends in here already @DownWithit.
I got my own XB Falcon 500 Coupe , with a few XC grilles to choose from , yours or the GXL....it was well optioned from the Factory.
The Gods will toy with you for eternity & a day for putting a GM motor into an Australian Ford , the drop bears will get to you.
No plans yet but hopefully off to the Blue mountains somewhere during winter...
And we'll the build can't wait to see this thing running....
We are heading to Fraser as a family of 4, been over 4 years since our last trip up there. I went cheap on my 12 volt build and only went 25ah battery charger and having heaps of issues keeping my beer cold. The battery monitor would be a game changer also as I’m only running an AGM. Loving this build mate.
Love watching your builds. Gives me inspiration on my 80 series
Will be heading to Fraser for the next trip with the new camper and this redarc unit would make monitoring the 12v in the 80 a bloody dream!! Love how the xc built is coming along can’t wait to see it in person brother!!💯💯
Cape York is the next trip on my bucket list. Last time I was up there I was a little one, now that I got my own 4x4 seems fitting to conquer all the tough tracks.
Planing on doing some snow driving just before the season closes around Craigs Hut, trying to see as many other huts as I can in the process photographing as I go.
The polished plates came out great, hope your going to paint the body candy red!
Currently planning/saving for a 3 weeks trip up to Moreton island and Fraser plus plenty of other little stops here and there that redarc gear would definitely be handy to keep the beers cold
Loving this style of video Sam. Feels like the OG built not bought.
100% mate. Well back on track!!
Loving this build. Looking forward to next weeks episode.
With those valve springs, the middle flat spring you were talking about is a damper. I don't believe they add much in the way of seat pressure.
I'm sure your engine builder confirmed this already, but if not there you go 🤙
My next quick trip is tomorrow up to the Watagans from Sydney for a couple of days. The falcon is looking good. Really starting to take some shape and demonstrate your vision. Well done boys.
Awesome episode, can’t wait to see the xc finished👌👌 taking my gq to Fraser later this year and would love to have more idea on what my battery’s doing👌

Trip to Uluru coming up, thought we might try somewhere different and head west this time, being so remote out there this would be a great device to bring along, cheers Sam love the channel ❤
Your builds are amazing, your 4wd set ups look really good
After all the rains up north, will definitely be heading to the flinders in a couple months time. Unreal scenery when it’s full of water!

Loving the channel Heading down to the York peninsula in October it will be awesome to know how long my fridge will last while camping on the beach 🤘
Assuming my rooftop turns up this week I’ll be getting that on and going to Echuca over Easter and going to enjoy the river. The smart shunt would be sick to keep an eye on things on the drive.
next trip is to DI for a freinds birthday and this shunt and charger would make my set up just that little bit better!
cheers love the vids
Wife and I are currently planning a lap.
Being from Queensland we are looking at heading south than west so something like this would be handy for either the ram or the van I'd imagine having zero experience 😂
Awesome video Sam, I am just starting to get together my 12v system I’m heading off to WA May 2024 to do gibb river road that new redarc product would be absolutely mint while I’m driving along.
Cheers Sam
Trip down south for Easter then into a boys trip to glassy, still rocking the ol' battery box/solar combo so would be a nice addition to get me on way for a proper 12v setup!
Sammy mate keen to see it stretch its legs on the tracks. Got a trip to the great ocean road through to South Australia in November so the charger and monitor would be a great addition 🤟🏻
Great video and Planning first ever trip to Fraser Island and that redarc gear would be great to have
While I haven’t got any trips planned at the moment Fraser is definitely on the list

Red Arc shunt. About time. Next trip, take the kids to Cape Le Grand
i'm off to a remote community in the Northern Territory (Arnhem Land,) where we provide support to people living with a disability. This bit of gear would be really helpful on our VW Amarok.

Heading across to WA, just finishing off a few bits and pieces
I head away every weekend for competitions and having a second battery capability would make that so much easier than relying on ice. but I want to get to fraser as my first big trip 4wding
Booked a trip down to tazzie to do the west coast currently building the 12v up in the brand new canopy and this would just make life that much easier to monitor the battery.

REDARC for the win. Love their gear. Road tripping to Sydney to catch up mates at Easter and would love to keep track of the battery, which runs my fridge, in the back 4WD. The BCDC charger will come in handy to keep it all charged up.
Mothers mag and alumium polish is good stuff been using that stuff for years
Winning the Redacr Smart Battery would be awesome because it's a game-changer for your devices. It's a powerful and efficient battery that can keep your devices running for longer. With its smart features, it can optimize power usage and even provide insights into your battery health. Imagine never having to worry about running out of battery again! Winning the Redacr Smart Battery would definitely make your life easier and more convenient. Especially for my trip planned to Fraser and Morton later in the year
Boosting up past Cooktown at Easter to hit the wakooka track having some fresh 12v gear will keep the beers cold
Coming out wicked mate 👌🏼
Fraser Island is the last big ticket item I havnt done so getting there is the dream.
