A good way to stop the weeds is to lay down some cardboard. it will stop them from growing and it will degrade into the soil as well. and if you can find some straw, you can use it for mulching around the plants. I'm growing some things at home (trying to keep them alive, really). Hwaiting to our gardens!
America didn't f... up with your head, the people did. Specially close friends and family. Unfortunately, people are racist everywhere on this earth, no matter where you go. Columbians are very racist toward Blacks as well. I truly believe that one has to make peace with oneself, live and enjoy your life freely and not give a f... Wish you the best my sister. I admire your strength and your spirit. Please find peace within yourself, it's not anywhere or any place, it is within ourselves. Then, hopefully everything will be ok.
I’m a traveler myself & taught in China for some time. I do agree that living in another country has its benefits but I would advise to still keep your US citizenship.
The future of humanity is going back to the basics, I think Covid19 was a way for humanity to stop and slow down and enjoy family time and started to be more created. More and more are looking to move to places where they are more in touch with nature.

haha that was ME doing my laundry. I didint save up, I just moved. My circumstances were different. (i dont recommend it but it's possible)

Yes i work remotely via internet! No but I volunteer and take care of the garden in the place im staying at.
