@@Anue_Kr you can absolutely do this workout with a dumbbell, without having to create alternatives! Same movements.. just with a dumbbell instead of a kettlebell 🤗

@@aryanaactive I went with 10s since I didn’t feel ready for anything heavier than the 15s yet! And I can just use the 15 lb DB for my heavier “KB.” as much as I’d love all the options, our camper would run out of space 😅
@@aryanaactive I definitely feel like it is exactly the same, minus the extra positive interactions with other participants. Personally, this style fits right in with my life at the moment and I am so blessed to be able to workout under your guidance once again through this platform. THANK YOU.

I have never felt better during a workout! I didn’t finish the other challenge so I jumped into this one! Can’t wait for day 2 this workout was awesome! Btw I’ve lost 5 pounds doing your workouts! And dare I say, I think I might need to up my weights!

This was such a good workout!! My goal is to do short kettle bell workouts In between my other workout days! I want to get better at them and also use it to improve your Olympic lifting. Also I totally get not knowing what to say in front of the camera 😂😂 thank goodness for editing lol.
