      @@Anue_Kr you can absolutely do this workout with a dumbbell, without having to create alternatives! Same movements.. just with a dumbbell instead of a kettlebell 🤗

    • I know you said it’s weird to talk to the camera BUT you do a great job !
    It was a LITTLE bit harder to hear you during the cool down but otherwise I think it’s perfect !
    • Love love LOVE the vibe of the new look and LOVE the new music … a lot better !!
    • I’m new to working out (with the exception of your last 8 wk program) and new to Kettlebells - it was fun (so far😉) !
    • Goals for this 6 weeks is to try harder to do all of the moves, even if I don’t “think” I can AND even if I can only do 1 or 2, lifter heavier and focus on eating better.

    I loved it! So sweaty. I’m really looking forward to doing this program. Had to drop to my 10lb KB for certain moves but I kept up. Thanks for this program! Also, loved the stretching and core focus!

    Yessss. So excited for these next 6 weeks! Waiting for my KB to come in the mail but rocked it out with the dumbbells instead today.

      @@aryanaactive I went with 10s since I didn’t feel ready for anything heavier than the 15s yet! And I can just use the 15 lb DB for my heavier “KB.” as much as I’d love all the options, our camper would run out of space 😅

Personally, this style fits right in with my life at the moment and I am so blessed to be able to workout under your guidance once again through this platform. THANK YOU.

      @@aryanaactive I did it. Completed day 2 after I put the kids to sleep. Even my husband noticed the post exercise spring in my step. Bring on D3 💪🏾

    I have never felt better during a workout! I didn’t finish the other challenge so I jumped into this one! Can’t wait for day 2 this workout was awesome! Btw I’ve lost 5 pounds doing your workouts! And dare I say, I think I might need to up my weights!

    LOVED THIS!!! I like the different moves than what I’m used to and the format of 3 blocks two times for 45 seconds. It was challenging, but achievable. Thank you!

    This was such a good workout!! My goal is to do short kettle bell workouts In between my other workout days! I want to get better at them and also use it to improve your Olympic lifting. Also I totally get not knowing what to say in front of the camera 😂😂 thank goodness for editing lol.
