awesome! you are a brilliant teacher. i never thought of using alcohol markers to under paint. i bought them and didn't use the them much because I didn't know how to properly. this is brilliant. can't wait to try it out. thank you so much!!
I love the way you color, draw, whatever. I’m a coloring in intricate coloring books. I’m trying to learn how to incorporate the markers first then use the pencils. Thank you!
Fantastic! It’s a perfect alternative to using pastels! I love the vibrancy of colored pencils, but they are not practical for large drawings. Pastels are great for large areas, but they are a nightmare. This is wonderful! ❤️ The colors are so rich. Wow. Just superb.
As others have said WOW you have inspired me to get my copics out and start practising again. Thank you so much for sharing....more please. Those grapes you could just pluck one and eat it.
Wow! Those grapes look good enough to eat! XD This was a very useful tutorial, I was wondering how I could use my copics along with my colored pencils, thanks so much for the tips this looks like it will save alot of time!
Can I please thank you for providing closed captions? ❤ Thank you so much! I actually didn't think about using both markers /and/ colored pencils, so I'll try this eventually! Keep up good works❤
Thanks for the explanation of using the markers and the pencils afterwards. It gives a nice natural look. I am also pleased you add the used materials now too. :-)
As someone who also uses Prismacolor Premier colored pencils, Copic Sketch Markers, AND Letraset Promarkers (!!!!!), I got so excited when you mentioned those were what you use!! I also have been using colored pencils with alcohol-based markers, though the results always end up being sub-par. But seeing you do it, it looks amazing! I'm guessing that take it lots of patience (and practice) is required to be able to produce something with that result. But anyway, your work looks great! Also I'll follow this video the next time I get to color :D
Hello Fadil, i'm really happy to see how you progressed throughout your videos :') ive been watching u for months now :) you are a really great artist no doubt :) ..by the way.. as a beginner in art ive got a small doubt .. do u know which paper will work good withfaber castell polychromos? does acrylic primed canvas pad work well? i appreciate your reply thanks in advance :)
Thank you :) I use strathmore bristol 400 series smooth paper for both prismacolor and polychromos. its really smooth but can take a lot of layers. You can use 300 series also. they are quiet similar but cheaper. I havent used primed canvas yet for any colored pencil drawings so i dont know how good it is.
+Kimbearlys Original i use either strathmore bristol or canson manga illustration for markers and pencils. they work well with markers but have enough tooth for pencils. I think i used bristol for this one.
hi nice vid and great art if u can u make a vid of good markers that have the same quality of like copics but for cheaper prices (1. idk if u already do 2. its ok if u say no)
+BPB Galxy Tyler-Kun Thank you. i dont have any experience with markers other than copics and promarkers. But you can watch several comparison videos with other cheaper markers on the channel Baylee jae 😊
Might I ask what type of pencils you use to outline your picture before you start coloring? I tried using a regular #2 pencil once, but it just ended up smearing when I started coloring :/
Commenter839 I know I'm not him, but you should use a harder lead pencil, a 2H or above, with a light hand. This way, you an easily erase the pencil when it comes time to color and it's less likely to smear.
I use a softer ( 3B or 4B ) graphite pencil for outlining. and i erase them just before application of markers or colored pencils to that area. This is to avoid possible 'indentation' by harder pencils. if pressed too hard they make some indented lines which will show up clearly when applying colored pencils.
Amazon, ebay, Barnes & Noble (I think they have them), Michael's, Hobby Lobby, dick blick, there are so many places and sites where you can buy copics. Just google it. :)
Good morning, let me know what kind of paper do you use in this process and which marker is good or better. Please give me some tips about it , I would thank you very much !

Fantastic! It’s a perfect alternative to using pastels! I love the vibrancy of colored pencils, but they are not practical for large drawings. Pastels are great for large areas, but they are a nightmare. This is wonderful! ❤️ The colors are so rich. Wow. Just superb.
BTW, I like that you gave a more in depth explanation of just how you were working instead of time lapse. Again thank you.

cool videos but hate the ads.
Thanks for your help, but please, take off the text from the front of the video.
