    Here a tip
    If ur goona hit any muscle then do isolation movement first then do a compund exercises
    It will prexhaust the muscle and it will give u better pump
    Eg cable fly before incline or flat press
    Lat pull down before bent over rows or t bar rows
    Leg extension and leg curl before any type of squat free wt or machine
    And most important thing when u do a exercises ur in good form and technique with slow eccentric

    Shoulder pe load kaise aya? Shoulder pe load tabhi jayega jab haat piche jayega, samne aane se kabhi bhi shoulder me load nhi jayega, haa ye thik baat thik hai log aise galat perform karte hai, chest up hona chahiye hamesa, lekin thoda down karne par bhi chest me hi maximum load ayega...

      its almost impossible to calculate calories in terms of weight lifting. Since its both aerobic and non-aerobic. Stick to a diet that has a premature calorie deficit, and train with weights. (premature calorie deficit as in a calorie deficit below your maintenance, without exercise).
